RECURRING ORDERS NO DISCLOSURE

The product itself was fine BUT THEY WILL SIGN YOU UP FOR RECURRING PURCHASES WITH NO 👎 INFORMATION AT FIRST ORDER AND THE LINK TO MANAGE IN THE EMAILS DON'T WORK. They also change the order cost + shipping fees on your second order & there is no link to manage any subscriptions on their website.

Large family and foster animals

We are a large military family, 8 of us total, and out of our 6 children, we have several with special medical needs.
Over the past year since we have been using the fan filters, our son with an immune deficiency and lung disease has had the most stable year of his 10 years.
So to review the product, I am SOLD on that alone! We also run an animal rescue, and have lots of various fur babies, the freshness in the home is real!

This past week I have had some amazing experience with their customer service side. Our reoccurring order came up, and in our current family situation, we are moving abruptly to help family, and I needed to alter the order. They went above and beyond to not only take the time to write back a heartfelt email, but help me with the order.

Seriously appreciate the product, and the customer service. What an amazing experience with an awesome company!

so has anybody ever cleaned their…

so has anybody ever cleaned their freaking ceiling fan before you’re gonna get dust? You’re gonna get pet hair you’re gonna get whatever’s in your house by putting that up there it’s gonna collect on that this is not rocket scientist people this is not a machine you could put adust cloth up there and you’re gonna get dust all over it. Another person trying to make $1 million off of people being stupid and believing this stuff OMG.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!
You are signed up for a subscription without clear information that they will do so. Customer support is non existent so it is difficult to return or cancel the subscription. The BBB has many complaints so Im not sure why TV stations are still advertising this product.

There's no evidence that it actually works and 'cleans the air'...it does collect dust, but you don't need this product for dust collection, it will collect dust on the ceiling fan blade itself! Also, the adhesive is very hard to get off.
DON'T PURCHASE!!!!

Product is utter crap

Product is utter crap. Not only does it not filter a fan thing, the scent goes away in a day. What a rip off

I ordered an entire kit in pieces after…

I ordered an entire kit in pieces after trying to get ANY help from a human whatsoever. I ended up spending more than I should have. After three weeks, someone, and I'm not even sure if it was still a person, suggested I send the entire order back and reorder just the kit off a link. That didn't make sense since it was the same products, but I did it. Now, today, I only receive the filters NO other parts of the kit and again, it's AI and no human being is available to ask. I haven't even used this product yet, and I feel I'm ripped off. I sure hope "Dan" is reading this, because I'm angry, and there was no need to issue a return label for all this product when it just could've been returned on a credit card and I could've kept the materials to have it installed - but now over a month later, I'm left with 1/4th of a product not to mention NO credit for my return.

CHARGE WITHOUT PERMISSION

Barbell is a company that sends you filters to put on your fan blades to help with air filtering and dust. I have bought their products twice. All of a sudden I received a notification they took $50 out of my account without my consent to send me a new shipment of filters I did not order.

I immediately wrote them and told them I wanted to refund and I did not want the filters and they had no right to charge me without first sending me an email telling me they’re about to do that. I received an email back telling me they were escalating the situation to another “team” and would get back to me.

That was five days ago. I reached out numerous times (about six) and no one responded. Then I received the same email I got originally saying they were escalating the situation to another team.

I want a refund. This is extremely suspicious to me. I made sure I went to their website and cleared myself of any subscriptions but I still need my $50 back. They need more efficient customer service.

No customer service

I paid almost $90 and received one of four packs of filters. I emailed the support team and their response was a joke and seemed automated. Five business days and no response. I actually enjoyed the product but will never spend my money with them again.

They charged my debit card without permission!!!

I ordered from this company one time and their product was not effective at all and did not even come with the items it showed. I contacted this company and canceled my order last month. Now all of a sudden a month later they randomly charge my card in the amount of $53.41 for an order I NEVER ordered. They have no other way to reach them other then by email. They took my money without asking!!!!!

DO NOT waste your money on this

Absolutely a trash product- doesn’t do what they claim at all. Even worse their “satisfaction guarantee” is only if the product is unopened in the original packaging. How can you find out that their product doesn’t meet your satisfaction or doesn’t work unless you use it? Horrible customer service absolute terrible product. DO NOT BUy
