Still waiting on replacement your suppose to sent me cause the other was messed up .

I am so disappointed I would give this a negative star if I could. It is not at all pictured. I thought it was embroidered and it was cheap screen print. It said it was fleece but the material is horrible and I paid $51.00. I could have done a better job myself and I don't even sew. Don't purchase from them.

I am trying to track down my order for a personalized blanket but i am getting nowhere.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 sweatshirts which appeared to be cotton "Regular" sweatshirts with raised glitter graphics kinda like sequence on a letterman varsity jacket Beautiful!!.. what i got was a polyestery shiny like cheap kids costume polyester with a horrible picture of the words Gigi on the front.. I am currently attempting a return and explaining all of this and they want me to send pictures of what they sent me like they dont know what they sent. Stay tuned...

I ordered 3 Personalized bracelets a month ago and still haven’t received them.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts and never received them. Then they had the audacity to send me an email asking how did I like the product.

I ordered a bracelet for a friend who lost her sister. The anniversary of her death is March 1. I paid extra shipping so that it would arrive in plenty of time. The SHOP app, horrible app btw, shows it’s on transit. Same on your site under my order number. It’s like the order has been lost in space. I didn’t fully investigate Barods prior to ordering. BIG MISTAKE! I found out too late that they’re from CHINA 🇨🇳 and many customers never received their order. Or if they received their order, it was very cheaply made and didn’t look like the picture. NOT HAPPY! Never again!!!! UODATE: the order finally arrived 03-11-24. The product pictured vs what was received? Horrible!! No comparison. Do yourself a favor…DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE OR COMPANY! You’ll thank me later. Wish I could post a picture of comparison on here.

False Advertisement!!! I bought what I thought was an oversized cotton sweatshirt with my Title (Bamma) on it.
What I got was a tight fitted silky cheap material ( like kids Halloween costume material) sweatshirt. Highly disappointed! Total rip off!!!!

I ordered a sweatshirt with Italian name for grandmother. I received it spelled wrong. Said Nona when it should be spelled Nonna.

Not as advertised.large Patchwork letters were advertised and received small vinyl letters. Fleece material advertised- received a cheap oversized slick material. Poor quality and deception at its best. Highly do NOT recommend wasting your money on this poor product

The picture and the words on charm are darker than expected. The lighting quality could have been better. He's a black man but light skinned so that can't be the problem.

Terrible shipping, paid extra for 7-12 day shipping on Dec. 9, but it took nearly 30 days so no Christmas gifts!

The item I ordered is. NOT what I got. What I got is a subpar product, the color is not right and the fabric is not what was pictured when I ordered.
