They provided a level of service that was second to none. The professionalism and expertise was evident from the first meeting, and my inquiries were well answered by someone who took his time to address all the concerns I had. Experience could have been better

My experience could have been better. Their third party partners Visionary finance and Elite Solicitors made the experience much harder for myself. There should have been more clarity on the true cost of the process. Going forward there should be more focus on the client and their experience and making sure they get the best value for their money
