The communication from this company is abysmal. Orders £100 worth of stuff as a gift for my parents which included picture of my late brother. Waited 12 days for it to arrive for them to send me a random bar sign. Tried calling, messaging, email nothing back. Several days later got a message asking “what did you receive?” No sorry or anything. Then when the order arrives there are lines on the sign, the drinks tray looks like a scratched up 99p cake tin, and theres a big scratch down the mirror. AVOID!

We received another persons items and not ours, didn’t receive any emails before it got delivered and didn’t arrive in the days they said it would. Rubbish

Brilliant service and assistance

The bar sign is lovely but the delivery not so good. It took a long time to receive it and the communication was very poor, I tried several times to contact them as I was getting concerned that the item hadn’t arrived but never got any response ☹️
