Ordered and paid - two months later still no delivery. No reply to email and no refund - I would say scam company

It is a shame I can’t give this a 0 star. They are scammers. Took our money from our card and never delivered on the bereavement basket.
Calls and emails went unanswered.
AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS.

Unfortunately, I had a similar experience - like most of the other reviews for this company. Ordered a gift basket, money taken from my credit card, got a confirmation email, then nothing . . . No reply to my emails, or the message left on the company phone. Now going through fraud investigation via my bank. Probably best to block your credit card if you've fallen for this scam.

Scam, thieves, don't make an order.

The basket was beautiful and as described! We had a little hicccup in the beginning delivery wise but that's to be expected at this time of year. Would definitely order again

Ordered a basket to send to a friend who's mother had just died.
Basket never arrived, money was taken from Credit Card any attempts at contacting Basket Creations go no where they don't answer email or the phone.
Had ordered from them in the past and they were great so thought it would be safe to again - well NEVER again

I ordered a basket and received confirmation but never received the "it's on it's way" email and it was never delivered. I have emailed and phoned to try and get answers and no one ever comes back to you. I have had to go through paypal to try and get my money back. Website looks so legit. Definitely do not recommend.

Scam business! Do not order from Basket Creations! I ordered early October and nothing has been delivered to the recipient, and the business have not responded to any calls or emails. Spend elsewhere!

Ordered and paid for goods which didn’t arrive. Business does not respond to any communication. Now sorting out through bank. Obviously a scam business.

My aunty ordered a house warming basket for $185 10 days ago and only received confirmation, no tracking number. Basket was not delivered by 10 days even though website states 2-3 days for delivery to South Island. On investigation the business name (Basket Creations Ltd) has been removed from Companies Register. Looks like she is now just trading as Basket Creations. Contacted company via Facebook and requested refund, she stated package was damaged during transit and not delivered. Did receive refund. Business seems fishy to me. Would not recommend.

Ordered a gift basket for Fathers Day around three weeks ago. Hadn't had any shipping notifications or updates so called and left message, emailed, called again, emailed again, not response to anything. As Fathers Day is under a week away, final email advised them that they had a day to get in touch and update or I would ask for refund through PayPal. No response, so contacted PayPal for refund, granted. Now have to rush around and order from somewhere else to get an item in time. I usually use another company but they had sold out so I used Basket Creations, the item looked great in the picture. I would never use this company again, which is unfortunate, but with numerous chances to get in touch over weeks I just feel that nothing would have arrived in time.

I would totally NOT recommend this business. For starters there are NO communication from this business, Secondly the quality of the gift basket is VERY POOR, and totally NOT WORTH the money spend. I've ordered on the 19th of August 2025 for delivery on the 29th of August and still she could not deliver on time. Even though i spend $193 for the R&R basket, my daughter (who the gift was for) told me that it might not be even with $50. What a shame. DONT WAISTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This would have to be the worst gift online company I have ever dealt with. I was sent one of their gift baskets by a friend who lives overseas. Sadly for the sudden passing of my mother. The gift basket arrived in a box with no packaging around it and the glass candle was smashed!! There was glass all through the box and through the food packaging. I have called the company numerous times and emailed them. No response which is beyond disappointing. The whole gift basket had to go in the bin due to everything being contaminated with small shards of glass.

Appauling business.
1. Does not reply to emails
2. Does not pick up phone calls
3. Products are budget and inexpensive
4. Shipping out of region can take up to 3 days
5. Owner barely takes accountability of her mistakes she made
6. Baskets are so expensive you could go to New World and source your own products for half the price
7. Do not buy from this business

I put the order in they put the wrong address into the order and it still isn’t delivered after 14 days
The phone on answer phone and no room to leave messages. No answer to my emails and they have my payment. I suggest not to use this company
