TOO bad you cant give these guys a ZERO!! DO NOT buy from this company it is a SCAM. I paid for a sub-par backpack and then ended up paying $55.00 x 3 for a "membership" I knew nothing about. I was reviewing my statements and came across these charges - which is exactly what they are hoping you won't do! When you contact them they say you ticked some box and won’t refund your money - stay away!!!!!!!!

Most expensive backpack I’ll ever own and I’m donating it to Salvation Army it’s so useless!

This site is a scam. They say that they send an email explaining about membership details but they don't and then they continue to take money from your account

Buyer be careful, this website will start to charge you even after you cancel your membership. Do not buy any membership , I had to replace my credit card to stop them charging me.

ESTAFA!! Compré un artículo en esta web y además que es de pésima calidad, me han dado de alta en una suscripción mensual que no hay manera de cancelar. La única forma de evitar más cargos es cancelando la tarjeta bancaria usada para la compra.

Si hubiera consultado Trustpilot antes, no me hubiera pasado, el 100% de los comentarios son de casos igual al mío …lección aprendida.

I have purchased many items online but this company Baskettop is by far the shadiest. BE AWARE! They don't tell you there is an 18 day trial period and then a membership that incur additional charges without you knowing until your credit card is charged. And, after 3 weeks I still have not received the item I ordered. After 5 emails that finally resulted in someone from their customer service dept. telling me I had to pay the membership fee, I canceled my credit card and my bank refused their additional charges. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered some bras. Received and tried straight away. Was not happy with them as padding was different to what they say and looked like. Same day I emailed for a return as the 100% guarantee refund if not satisfied. It is a lie. I explained what I want happy with describing what happened. They said it is not a good enough reason so no money returned. Also they didn't state that every month they will debit your card with an amount of 59.23aud. I emailed and they did cancel my membership and I cancelled my card to make sure no more would come out.
They are scammers and wouldn't trust them 200%.

No compréis nada, son unos estafadores, tener cuidado que si darte cuenta porque lo hacen muy bien te das de alta y como no te enteras al de 18 días te pasan la misma tarjeta con la que has pagado 39€ por membresîa eso dicen y aparte cuando llega el pedido que llega muy tarde no se puede hacer devolución, te lo tienes que quedar si o si aunque la talla no sea la correcta, en 47 años nunca me ha pasado nada igual, unos estafadores tener cuidado.

Para empezar la web a la que supuestamente estás realizando la compra (al menos en mi caso) no es Baskettop.com, es bramarta.moldeadores-madrid.com y ni en la descripción del producto ni en el resumen del pedido, antes de realizar el pago, se específica que cualquier compra está sujeta a una suscripción, según ellos es una prueba gratuita de 18 días (tiempo que tienes para cancelarla si no te convence).

La realidad por desgracia es muy diferente, una vez confirmado el pago se específica que el cobro lo ha hecho baskettop.com y no bramarta.moldeadores-madrid.com (para entonces ya tienen tu dinero).

Cuando miras el correo de confirmación del pedido detenidamente, ves que al lado de la imagen del producto, justamente en la descripción, viene añadida una suscripción que no ha sido previamente informada ni autorizada; A partir de aquí todo son problemas y la situación va empeorando, ya que después de pulsar el botón “cancelar” queda pendiente de cancelación, te pones en contacto con ellos para que se cancele, no lo hacen pese a haberlo hecho dentro del plazo establecido y te pasan el cobro igual.

Cuando me percaté de todo esto procedí no solo a solicitar la cancelación definitiva de la suscripción, sino también a pedir la cancelación de un pedido que seguía en proceso de preparación y no había sido enviado, lo ignoraron, cuando llegó lo rehusé y ya está en proceso de devolución en camino a sus instalaciones.

El servicio de atención al cliente es el peor que he visto hasta la fecha, su forma de proceder es principalmente ignorarte, cuando informas que llevarás todo esto por la vía legal se dignan a contestar, pero sus tácticas estrella son:
Evadir las cuestiones que se exponen, dando respuestas que poco tienen que ver con los problemas mencionados y pedir reiteradas veces motivos ya expresados.

Todo esto empezó el 2 de junio y a fecha de hoy 21 de junio aún no se ha solucionado. Ahora dicen que solo aceptan devoluciones en caso de que el artículo este dañado, roto o sea de mala calidad, cuando en su página web, en la política de devoluciones y reembolsos, no son informadas estás condiciones, lo que se expresa es que ofrecen un plazo de 30 días para las devoluciones siendo de 14 días la política estándar que respalda la ley, que para que un producto sea aceptado para su devolución tiene que estar en las mismas condiciones en las que se recibió y en el envoltorio original.

Hay que tener en cuenta que la ley, aparte de respaldar el plazo de 14 días a partir de la recepción del paquete, también establece que en este plazo, si se desea hacer una devolución, no es necesaria ninguna justificación por parte del cliente.

Es imposible llegar a un entendimiento con ellos, solo ponen pegas y cambian unas condiciones escritas (por ellos, en su página web) a su conveniencia para no tener que devolver el dinero.

No recomiendo comprar, mala calidad, no se puede devolver....

Skulle gärna ge minus-omdöme om det gick. Läs tidigare bedömning om dolt ”medlemsskap” till en kostnad av 400:-/mån. i samband med köp. Helt sjukt - de bara belastar det kort du betalt med. Varan jag beställde var dessutom fel och helt förfärlig.

Keep getting charged after only one purchase. need to change my card numbers. smh.

Ordered one product on June 9th, card was charged, order has not been confirmed as of June16th chat on line 16–25-day delivery span, left me online hanging???
Logged in to the account and found I have signed up to a $39.90 per month subscription so cancelled it shows as pending how strange

This company is ripping us off , they just get your details and mis use it , I recommend if anyone order from then please change your bank details otherwise they keep you making member without your consent , they are located in Nicosia (Cyprus) ruining the name of beautiful country .

They keep charging a unwanted subscription fee every month when I have continually sent requests to have these stopped and to refund the past 3 months. No response and not to be trusted!

Beware. Headphones were exactly what I ordered and even though I canceled subscription they continued to charge different orders I didn't make, got kicked out of 3 chats before finally getting a confirmation email everything was canceled...took a lot of frustration, patience, threatening going to the fraud department (which was my next step) fingers crossed this is the last time I'll have to deal with this, I'm out 50$ because even though I canceled and it said canceled they require proof by email that they canceled it...judging by other reviews it's clear that buyer needs to proceed with caution.. they wouldn't let me remove my CC info either so I'll have to check my statements every week to make sure no hidden charges

Ordered the 2 for 1 bras. Got it a month ago and they tried to charge me again! Had to cancel my card and go through all that just not to pay over $100 for 2 bras that are not even worth $25! BEWARE! Any body that doesn't accept PayPal is a bit dodgy!

Buyer Beware-Like many I purchased an inferior set of bone conducting earphones, but was enrolled in a monthly subscription that I was unaware of. This subscription is the real money making "bait and switch" worth many times more than the mere fancy poor quality crappy product. Despite my cancellation of the subscription on May 15th thru their website they continue to bill for the unasked for useless "subscription " as of June 6th.

My only effective defence has been to cancel my credit card to stop the bleeding. Now to see if my credit card company will take this on to retrieve any of the hidden subscription fees, BasketTop claimed that this subscription was explained in their confirmation email- but there is not one word about it in my received confirmation email. Very fancy evasions !
