I chose to purchase 2x 100ML 3.5 OZ jars of BATANAFUL BATANA OIL.
On receiving them, one of them I was happy with, but the other one I felt just didn't look or feel right, so I asked to exchange it. I received a reply from customer services explaining the natural changes the BATANA OIL can go through according to the seasons and harvesting. However, having had some bad experiences with counterfeit BATANA products, I felt nervous and felt more comfortable in requesting an exchange.
Within a week I received an Email reply telling me a replacement was on its way. 3 days later my replacement oil arrived. It included a certificate of authorisation card, a shower cap and a Hair Care Booklet.
I am pleased to tell you that this is DEFINITELY the AUTHENTIC BATANA OIL!
I used it after dampening my hair; due to my scalp being extremely dry. After a short while, my hair strands felt moisturised and no longer felt crispy or dry. I would say BATANA OIL is more of a sealant; as oils often are.
As for the absorbency of the oil, if the Lipids are microscopic, this means it will have a high absorbency level and will be able to penetrate into the hair follicles with great ease. Lipids vary in size.
Purchase your oil from Batanaful and you won't be disappointed!

It took a very long while to get the item
It took a long while to get the item to Canada. It was delivered via DHL and with the tariffs, DHL driver said I had to pay $66 CAD (lol) to get the package. I left that package in his hand. Because of tariffs, perhaps there should have been a notice on the website when customers are checking out to be aware of the US tariffs. The package eventually arrived via Canada Post from the UK instead of the USA and I didn’t pay any additional costs (strange). I had already been charged for shipping so I am happy that I didn’t have to pay more money again. Perhaps this is the route for a smooth delivery to Canada. The item should be shipped from the UK.
Zasia did a few follow ups and eventually the item arrived but it did take a very long time. It arrived April 28 and I placed the order since March 25th and I paid for expedite shipping. The confusion was when the item was first shipped a different courier delivered the item than the courier mentioned in the notification email. I’m happy it has arrived- Thanks to Zasia’s help. She sent some freebies as well for the inconvenience.

This Spoild product is fake. Go put lard in your hair for same result. It’s literally impossible to get it out. I had to wash 4 times with washing up liquid. Just a fake product promoted with loads of marketing and untrue feedback. Notice how all positive comments are written in similar way. Will probably change it up a bit now!
Don’t waste your money. All that BS about I was a VS model and used this, my mum was a model and used this. Crapola!! A little bit of organic coconut oil does a proper job on hair, scalp and face.

Batanaful oil has been great to use on…
Batanaful oil has been great to use on my 4C hair. I recently completed chemo and radiation after stage 2 breast cancer where I lost all of my hair. Although my hair is slowly growing back. The batanaful seems to have given it a boost! I've only used it for two weeks and can already see and feel the difference. My hair is soft and more manageable. I purchased the balm first and just ordered more balm and the wonder oil. I'm excited about the growth I see in my hair just after two weeks!! Thank you Batanaful for producing 100% authentic products!

fantastic hair products I've tried a few.

This Batana oil is the bomb! I use it solely for my skin and my adult acne of over 1 year is is much much much better !
