The information on the website was incorrect. I was told that it would be made up to me after I spent extra money for a quicker delivery also. That did not happen.
The Bat itself paint came off after one swing.

Lance, you are correct,
1. I changed the site's wording because, as I stated, I wanted it to be clearer to the customer. I also added more time for Pure to produce the bat to avoid having the issue we had with your bat again.
2. The only reason I brought Clint into the conversation was for him to explain the issues they were having with production, I felt if you heard it straight from Clint it would ease your mind that it was out of my control. At no time was the intent to push off our responsibility to you as Our customer.
3. I removed my previous response to your review, not sharing this to sound like an excuse, but I was dealing with issues with my wife's Cancer surgery when your review came through, and I took my emotions out on you, I apologize for that completely. I should have waited for a better time to connect with you.
I want to make this right with you Lance, that is not the impression We want our customers to have of our store, as you can see by the other reviews. I am offering to refund you half the cost of the bat, $150 including shipping. If you are ok with this all I ask is to increase the number of stars you gave us so it doesn't affect our overall rating as much, I am not asking to change your feelings, just the stars.
I will get with Clint about getting your bat back to them for repairs
Again, We are very sorry for the experience and hope you give us another chance.

Excellent first time experience!
Our experience with BFS was excellent. Their customer service was above and beyond. We were searching for new softball catcher gear in a season of low stock and the BFS sent us personal texts to help guide and find the specific gear we were wanting. Once we secured the purchase, we received it in 2 days! We will definitely be sharing this resource and continue being customers of BFS!

We ordered catchers gear with an estimated delivery of April 1st. Then I got a message back saying mid April end of April. Then when the end of April can then an email came out saying June 20th. I sent an email to cancel and 15 minutes later they sent an email saying they got my gear. Next day I got my gear. That was great but should have at least got some kind of deal for waiting extra. I canceled my other order from another company and it was the same gear and cheaper. They at least emailed right away when they found out it would late. I get it was in high demand but take a little off for the inconvenience. I should have been informed multiple times that it was going to be late instead of me messaging them!!

Estimated dates because we are at the mercy of Easton making the gear. They give us the estimated dates, we have no control over that. As far as communication, I can show you multiple emails that went out to everyone updating them on the dates if they changed and each email gave you the option to cancel at that time. We take pride in communicating with our customers as our reviews show, most of the time when someone says they didn’t get emails is Because it went to your spam folder. If you found it cheaper than what we charged you that’s against manufacturer rules and policies , they have set prices for all dealers, So that company is not following the rules and should lose their dealer license. We can’t make everyone happy and it’s usually because they don’t read all the information posted but then get upset at us when it doesn’t go their way. We hope your child enjoys the gear and continues to play and enjoy this amazing game, no matter who you buy your gear from doesn’t matter , the kids are most important.

My grandson needed new catchers gear and this time in the year is not the time to start looking and buying. I couldn't find a good set of gear for him anywhere. I contacted the batflipshop through the chat function on their website. They asked for my phone number so they could call or text me personally. You just can't find that kind of service any more!!! They were able to find a Mizuno Youth Samurai set and shipped out. I even went ahead and ordered him a regular fielders glove just to play catch in the yard with. You guys are making a young man very happy!!!!! So...Mr. I can get your grandkid catchers gear when none are available anywhere guy,,,,, This bud's for you!!!! I'll definitely be using you guys again.

First of all- my son wanted the 2022 Voodoo bat and The Bat Flip store went above and beyond the estimated order delivery date for the initial order on Jan 22nd 2022.. The 33 (-3) Voodoo was a great bat for my son until it broke in tonight's game. I emailed
Steve from the BATFlipshop to see if I could order one from the bat-flip-shop and they were out of stock. However, the owner of the store called me and said that he would find another bat from his industry colleagues.......and he did-even though it was from his competition!! And he did this on a Friday night. When I talked to him he said he does if for the kids and I truly believe him. I'm so impressed with his customer service that I wrote this review...…which in itself I do not do ever take the time to do but felt obligated to do something for his store.
Anyway- if you order from here- this company will take care of you even beyond expectations!
