I am highly delighted with my experience with Bathing Solutions who provided and installed my shower unit wall panels and flooring.
From Anne who helped with my choices and design,David the surveyor and project manager,Lewis who called each day to ensure all was ok. Adam the plumber and installer and Andy the electrician.All were very helpful, Adam and Andy arrived on time were helpful considerate and very professional and caring both went above and beyond cleaning and tidy after the working day .Their workmanship has been second to none the whole experience has been wonderful and I am left with the bathroom of my dreams Thank you to all

Bathing Solutions had daily communications with me to keep me updated on what should be happening. The materials were delivered promptly. Peter the installation engineer was very friendly and conscientious about his work. The rubbish was collected promptly and efficiently. All in all a fantastic service and a beautiful bathroom.

We had a number of quotes, but Bathing Solutions were the most comprehensive.
The surveyor was thorough, and the installer was superb! How he managed to complete it to such a high standard within the time frame was staggering.
Also he was clean and tidy, and a delight to make coffee for.
If you use them, ask for Pete to install it.

From the initial consultation with Mark, the surveyor Craig and Scott the fitter the work was completed quickly with the minimum of fuss and disruption. Scott regularly checked where I wanted my gran rails and accessories placing. The details of the work being done were explained regularly. The fitter who installed the wetroom and the ensuite was excelent in all repects.
Communication with the project manager less so.
Overall the standard of work was exemplary

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I really felt that I should. The gentleman Keith who installed our new shower room was cheerful, punctual, always left the area tidy when he left, the shower room is now a beautiful space, and we are very happy with the outcome.

I recently had my bathroom renovated to remove the batb for a walk in shower. I have used Bathing Solutions a few years ago to renovate an ensuite and was very happy with the results to have them do this latest work. Kane our fitter was brilliant and talked us through what was happening. Beth in the office was diligent in keeping in contact with us to make sure all was going to plan. We did have a few small issues which were put right very quickly. I am very happy with the finished result and would recommend.

From the first meeting to the completion of the project, every aspect was explained well and implemented to plan.
The quality of the workmanship was outstanding.

Very quick installation, the fitter Barry Nunn kept us well informed at every stage and kept working area clean and tidy with minimum disruption.

The admin contact Vicky was very kind and checked progress daily and helped with any questions.

Excellent communication, first class installation looks amazing, I have no hesitation in reccomending this company.

Great quality and the installation is very good and young man who did the job was very good and helpful we just want to say that Chris was very good

The initial phone call was great...
The sales guy was very pushy - I was glad I was also present. He then sold us things which didn't fit when the surveyor came out.
The surveyor was lovely and the fitters were great - really great with my Aunt.
However at the end there was a small amount of sealant still required and it went back and forth as to who was going to do it.
All the time their back office kept chasing for final payment - again very pushy.
Not sure I'd use them again or recommend them to anybody whose elderly relative is dealing with them directly.

The fitter did a great job from start to finish always professional can't fault his work

Everything went well and it looks great. Only problem was that when the fitter was granted leave I was not informed until I asked

Efficient, prompt and a wonderful fitter in the excellent Bogdan. Too often having work in the home can be somewhat stressful. This was a total pleasure!

Kalen worked really hard and completed the installation in 6 days instead of 9. I felt involved in any decisions but also able to listen to his suggestions. They turned up around 9am everyday and stayed here until around 5pm apart from the couple of times they went to buy items for my installation. They were professional but friendly.

Great job and Steve Rossi is a first class bathroom fitter.
Not cheap, but I am very pleased with the result.

After Malcom Driver sold us a "wetroom" and stated it would take between 10 - 14 days to complete.

Work started on 22/04/2025, seven weeks passed and on 07/06/2025 after Bathing Solutions claimed the work was complete to a professional standard, they chased us for the remainder of the balance owed.
We refused to pay anymore after paying Bathing Solutions £8750 as a deposit.

We paid for a RICS with Howard Ward. The RICS confirmed with us that the "wetroom" was not fit for purpose, leaving us as a disabled family with no means to wash or use our toilet needs in a safe way.

We also incurred solicitors fees totaling more than £3000.

Having used the cheapest of materials in our property, and ripped us of substantially. I have incurred many injuries to date due to their lack of professionalism, lack of care towards us as a,disabled family.
My wife has been giving me bed baths daily also providing manual evacuations of my bowels.

AVOID THIS COMPANY WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT. AVOID ALL COMPANIES ASSOCIATED WITH BATHING SOLUTIONS AND MOBILITY BATHING GROUP.

I have left a review on Google Maps with pictures of the state of work carried out by Bathing Solutions and the way that they have left us with no means to wash or toilet in a safe or humane way

The result fully meets both our requirements and the expectations created by the sales team. The fitter was fully competent and pleasant to deal with.
Our only quibble was a week's delay in starting the work and some confusion over communication.
