From the first meeting with matt for doing measurements & then once a date was agreed. Yvonne was on the phone keeping us upto date with all things happening &then Derek the trade man was great very clean &left us with amazing new walk in shower with a very sturdy seat fantastic experience all the way through

I was disappointed with the toilet pan which looks stained and no cleaner item will remove it

From start to finish we had a very professional experience from this company.
We were contacted very quickly after initial inquiry and given a date for the salesperson/demonstrator to come, which was acceptable to us.
Malcoilm Driver came, demonstrated and explained all the products. He measured up and took pictures and made a CAD image for us.
We lovedthe design and although an expensive product it was obviously good quality and the0% finance option suited us.
We then had a visit from the surveyor Paul Tonls, who checked everything and indeed uprated the shower for us. We were expecting an after Christmas fitting but Paul found a slot and Mark Collins came and fitted the shower.
He was a very good workman, clean, tidy and efficient.
Everything was explained and all is working well.
Highly recommend him.
The rubbish and waste was cleared very efficiently on the day after completion

We had an Imperial Shower fitted in March 2024, which suited our needs. However, recently the door to floor seals have started leaking. Water leaks underneath and FLOODS bathroom floor. Very DISSAPOINTED that we are now out of guarantee and have to pay for remedial work.

Worst experience & decision I have ever made signing up for a walkin shower with Mobility Plus/Bathing Solutions. They make Trotters Independant Traders look like real professionals. You sign on dotted line, pay your 1st deposit then
wait to be contacted regarding surveyor visit, along with a start date for work to begin. Second deposit is then paid when materials are delivered day before the date fitter due to arrive. Told you'll have a dedicated Project Manager to oversee all is going as it should,& phone call each day to see how things are progressing, but surprise surpise, you're lucky if you see anyone or hear from anyone, you may get visit from a surveyor but thats all. Once any problems arise however, they dont want to know. People you speak to in the office make all sorts excuses by telling you its what you agreed to & also tell you that you dont need this bit or that bit of equipment even tho it all clearly shows on the plans their surveyor had drawn up, but it turned out he had messed up on the measurements. Somebody from their Technical Support Team came after fitter had finished, as when had first shower, had to abruptly finish & ended up having to mop up bathroom floor. No deflector had been fitted to contain the water from escaping onto the floor. Contacted Mobility Plus where office bods told me I didn't need a deflector, which contradicted what their survey initially told me & Ive now been without a proper functioning shower since fitter came on 14th October. Someone from their Technical Support Team came & knew what the problem was instantly. He has now been & installed all the right parts ie. longer screen and a deflector screen which should have all been fitted on 14th October. Mobility Plus/Bathing Solutions seem more interested in pushing you to give 5 star reviews & taking your money more than giving a highly rated & professional service. I'd just say think long & hard before deciding to go with them, & parting with your hard earnt money. Also, dont let their 5 star reviews fool you. I didnt want to give them any stars but had to give 1 star to be able to write review.

A top-quality service carried out by true professionals, from the advisory stage to the final fitting and operational trials of the finished product. The bathroom was a full redesign and and upgrade to useful modern features, carried out by a skilled fitter. Nothing but praise for this company.

Paul and crew were very professional and made sure everything was as we wanted it.They were very easy to talk to and listened to us when needed to know anything.

We have been very pleased with the whole process; from the initial planning meeting with Tim, the pre-installation visit from Ravinder and especially the installation process by the highly skilled Krzysztof. Also, mention goes to Amy for her daily progress updates and satisfaction checks. Each one was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Special thanks go to Krzysztof whose knowledge and skill enabled him to successfully overcome the problems that he encountered during the installation. He was always calm and worked diligently throughout his time with us. He kept us up to date with his progress, consulted with us throughout, and made some useful suggestions based on his experience with regards to slight adjustments to the plan. The result is a new bathroom with which we are extremely pleased.

From the initial discussions with your representative then the surveyor and the installer, Catalin, we found the experience of installing the new bathroom first class. Everyone in your organisation was friendly and helpful in making sensible suggestions relating to the work and all did what they said they would do including the timing of the job.
A lower cost could no doubt be achieved from a competitor but the higher price was well worthwhile in view of the above and the high quality of workmanship.
I would highly recommend Bathroom Solutions .

It has been a long road, 10 weeks but our shower room has been finally finished and to a very good standard.
We would like to thank and give 5 star's to the original fitters and Matt the surveyor and Mick the remedial engineer, who got it over the line.
It's everything we wanted.

Excellent fitter consulted with me to clarify any questions. Worked through consistently cleaning up any mess etc. If you are having a toilet changed ensure you have access to another one as work area in bathroom may not be available.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They start off giving you an over inflated price, when you reject it they basically half the price. Sounds great but we have unfortunately ended up with a right mess of a bathroom for my elderly father. He can't even raise his arms to wash his hair. Has slipped multiple times. A real shoddy job. Why don't we complain? We have. Why haven't they fixed the problem? We signed a contract? Why did we sign the contract? We expected the designer to be able to design a shower where a small, slim person is able to fit. Just go to a local bathroom company. They will be able to design a bathroom for special requirements at a reasonable price

A friendly team dealing with our project. Max Taylor worked extremely hard coming back on the Saturday to finish things off, also returning the following Friday to put right a small area of damage we found on a wall panel. He was very friendly and polite and did an excellent job.
We appreciated the daily calls from Amy Gillman checking up on the progress.

We were told it would take eight working days to complete the transformation of our bathroom; it took 17 days during which we had to go without a toilet or wash facilities for 15 days. Even then, it was not what we were promised, and the shower tray didn’t drain in one corner.
The central heating boiler was damaged, and we had a £378 bill to repair it. In fairness they did compensate us for this cost.
After nine days trying to contact someone, anyone, in Bathing Solutions, (most calls left on an answer machine, promises to call me back but didn’t) I sent a letter by mail to be signed for, I listed all 10 major faults I had found.
The second fitter repaired the faults except for the shower drainage. After a further delay of four weeks, they ripped the floor out and started again. 128 days after the first start, the job was finally completed and met our satisfaction.
I do NOT recommend bathing solutions to anyone!

Things were explained well.Job started on time.Joe worked constantly until work was finished to a good standard (very good standard).

I was very happy with the recent install of a new bathroom, the process was well researched and I knew what and how, everything was going to happen, and cost, before it started.
It was a brilliant collaboration between myself the plumber and the company, although a tiny bathroom, I required a walk in shower, the entire room was gutted and re-installed in 5 days. only having 1 toilet in the house, I was only without access for 2 hours.
Carol was the installer, along with an electrician, who came, did what he had to, and left, without a fuss.
Carol, was very efficient, and worked by himself, each day when he left the room was in a very tidy/clean state, he was diligent in his work. I cannot fault him and he should get all the credit for attention to detail, even in the boxing around the pipes, ensuring the seat in the shower was at the correct height, the hand rails in the correct placment, by simply asking where did I want each item.
And now to the rubbish...all placed in the provided skip/bag each day as Carol finished, on the Fri, I got a txt to say it was going to be taken away, with in 15 minutes, I heard nothing, went out the front to see if they were coming, only to discover they had been and gone, Just like that...super efficient clean and no noise!
The entire process from contacting the company to getting a quote, to job completion, was super fast, I agreed to the design on thursday, the following monday the job commenced. by friday, it was complete.

Efficient, knowledgeable and gets on with the job! If your unhappy before the install they will come to speak to you have another look. Workers get on with the job and try not to disturb you. our job was finished in 4 days which was really good. you get a phone call every day to make sure your happy and any questions you have are dealt with there and then. We normally use someone we know to do jobs in our house but a look up on the net brought Bathing Solutions to us and I'm glad it did.

We have recently had two shower rooms completed by Bathing Solutions and their fitter, Tuncay. The service was excellent and straightforward and the resulting shower rooms are exactly what we wanted. Tuncay worked efficiently and to a very high standard. He kept us informed on each stage of the work which was very reassuring.
