The gentleman who actually done the whole transformation of my bathroom, was punctual, polite, and so hardworking. From start to finish it only took 3 days, so impressive. And daily telephone calls from the office to make sure all is well.

The work converting my small bathroom into a wet room was carried out within 7 days and I am extremely pleased with the result. John, the fitter doing most of the work, was excellent and a pleasure to have on site.

We had our bathroom changed to a walk in shower room in 2019…. We had problems then, largely put right. However, left with a toilet that isn’t parallel to the wall. However, 2 problems have recently come to light. The seat, originally not safe because screws that were used were too small was “put right” but one new screw was just put in, not screwed in. The large problem however caused a leak. 2 valves to the radiator, under the floor were plastic. On one it said not to be used for central heating. That is the one that split and caused a leak and therefore damage to our kitchen ceiling. We have since replaced them with copper by some-one competent. Please ensure your workmen use the correct equipment in future.

Great job done by fitter didnt cause any discomfort with water being off,a small problem arouse but was dealt with imediately to a satisfing result.

I have to compliment Mobility Plus for the speed which they installed my walk in shower - just two weeks after their first visit and the work is finished. We are very pleased with the advice we were given. Caitlin was very friendly and worked hard to complete the work in three days. The workmanship is of a high standard and we are completely satisfied with the installation. I would recommend the firm to anyone.

Kiko (213466) arrived promptly every morning and worked hard all day to complete the shower cubicle in three days. He was always very helpful when I had questions and explained everything to me. He likes biscuits!

Recently had a new bathroom installed with this company. Our fitter, Luke, was diligent in his work, keeping us updated and willing to answer any questions we had. He did an excellent job and we are delighted with our new bathroom.

the people involved in my completed bathroom, Anne (not sales rep, designer who was helping out that week) who designed the bathroom, David who did the technical drawings and measurements and Adam who fitted the bathroom. They were all genuinely lovely people who are very good at their jobs and did a fabulous job.

We had a good experience with this company. The design proposed works well and is suitable for our needs. And communication was good.
But most of all, we have to say that Adam, who fitted the bathroom, was without doubt a master craftsman. He worked very fast, and the quality of his work was great. Best of all, when a major potential problem arose, he worked to find a solution and wouldn't leave until everything was done. He's outstanding!

Work carried out as described very efficiently. Excellent communication. James the fitter arrived each day on time and cleaned up each day. Removal company again arrived on time no problem. Very nice job thank you. Eve at the office called every day to check things were going to plan very reassuring.
