I brought a bathtub from Bathroom4Less and after removing wrapping we saw a crack in it, contacted the customer service believe i spoke with Priyanka who was extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement within 3-5 days. This was a very positive ouctome and really appreciate the quick response within 30-40mins and have now saved me alot of worry and i will defo purchase again :)

Updated comment on 26th Jan I received a replacement bathtub and this also has a huge crack worse than the first one very disappointment as this is now delaying my builders and very stressful hoping on customer service to resolve!!! Asap

This company is a scam!
Did not deliver on the expected day, with the bathroom fitter waiting for the unit (had to pay the trade hours for nothing).
Then asked to cancel the order, and was told this was not possible! Not tried to contact them and the currier for cancellation, with on luck.
I am glad I paid with credit card, and I will be seeking refund from the card provider and amazon.

Fantastic service very prompt on resolving my issue with a leaking part replaced the part very fast

I ordered a lovely traditional style radiator at a very reasonable price i must add, i decided to complete the look with additional valves. When they came one was broken.
I got a no quibble replacement in no time. I am very happy with the customer service and i would use this company again.

Returned unopened vanity unit 19th Jan due to wrong size, I was happy to pay the £35 collection charge as it was my error with sizing but to date 4th Feb still not received refund after 2 emails and phone call, poor customer service

Dropped into the Erdington branch today on a chance spotting of the store when driving past. Extremely impressed with the competitively priced products. Well made and very good value for money. Above all the staff were very friendly and genuine, knew their products and totally helpful. Humaira was a great help. Ended up buying a vanity unit and shower. Will definitely tell all our friends about this great store.

Had placed an order through amazon. Delivery was a day lateer than expected so had to source alternative options. Contacted amazon who notified bathroom's for less- delivery driver then showed up, who told my wife we had to have it and that he wasn't aloud to bring it back. Asked the driver to call the office and he said he didn't work for the company, it was his first day. Not happy with the attitude of the delivery driver towards my wife and me, nor being unable to contact.

Order stated arrival would be 23 -27/09/ 22.

Messaged today saying its coming tomorrow. No way of telling them I can't be in at such short notice. Not sure what I can do to rearrange delivery???,,

Ordered a radiator with mirror it came damaged the edges of the mirror were a mess customer service was terrible offered 10 % off I would not have bought from the if I knew they were so damaged they would only accept a return in original packaging which was damaged on opening not impressed at all go somewhere else in the long run you will save yourself time and money

What fantastic service I received from Lucy at bathrooms 4 less . I had a few small problems and she sorted it all out. She rang me back with all my questions and was very friendly and polite. I must have been caught in a time warp as was service if yester year. Bless you for that

Deb and Lucy were really helpful, very friendly and no pressure sale. Returned a week or so later and bight a display radiator, works well. Would have no hesitation returning to store if required.

I Dealt with Lucy from the new Erdington store, she was very helpful and although the toilet I wanted was not available in the Erdington store she managed to get it delivered at the store the very next day. Well worth a look if your after Bathrooms etc

Been dealing with Lucy now for a few years from her previous work place to now, when she told me she was moving on I said I’d follow her because she always goes above and beyond with exceptional service to her customers. When I make purchases from all of my suppliers I’m buying from the person and not the company.

went in for a general quote for my bathroom and was appalled by the indecent language used by staff members .
the girl doing the quote was making inappropriate comments between her and a male colleague I wont go into detail but it made me feel very uncomfortable as it was extremely explicit .
I wont use this company in future as found this very unprofessional.

Lucy from the Erdington store was very knowledgeable and helpful, excellent customer service from Deb after we misordered (our fault)… would highly recommend for service, price and quality, sorry I’m only allowed to give 5 stars

Excellent service by Deb and the GM was really helpful towards everything, everyone was very friendly and no pressure sale at all and Deb smashed it with delivery it was just ice on the cake, 5* for your whole team, keep up the good work will recommend to everyone

Myself and my partner went here today to look for some Inspiration and ideas to upgrade our bathroom, we came away with bucket loads of ideas from Lucy. She was so helpful, made us feel important, was able to answer our questions. We went there not planning to buy anything but came away with everything we needed for our bathroom with a great discount. Lucy even helped us pick our tiles from the shop next door !
