From the outset, we were treated with consideration and warmth. The tradespeople supplied through BP were highly professional, kept the working and access areas not only clean, but safe at all times and were dedicated to providing a superior level of service. The costs were very much in line with those quoted by non-specialists and the ability to see the offered products in a facsimile set-up were much appreciated. A rare gem of a company, who must be commended.

I ordered off the site; the item was not currently in stock and I was given various dates for delivery once the manufacturers in Spain could ship, including 'guaranteed', which were missed and meant I had to cancel a plumber's appointment. The first delivery driver turned round because he had apparently been sent out in a lorry that couldn't get to the address. His suggestion that I meet him somewhere convenient and carry the large bathroom sink home myself, was not welcome. The item itself is exactly as ordered and Bathroom Planet's attempts to solve the various problems were diligent but, sadly, not entirely effective.

We ordered a whole bathroom suite of products. Were then contacted straight away to ensure the delivery date suited. Then on receipt saw how well it was secured and shipped. Even our kerb could not tip over the pallet.
We had a small issue with a shower tray that was a manufacturer issue. Which was resolved quickly with them even using their own driver to deliver a replacement. Would not hesitate to use again.
