The Weymouth branch were knowledgeable about the type of valves we needed, helpful and friendly, would recommend and use again

Took my car to this garage to have 3 tyres fitted. I didn’t specify which tyres needed changing and they changed the good on and left me with a bald one. I thought they’d be able to see which ones needed changing if they work in a garage.

Also told me my brake pads needed changing (they were only done a few months back), asked my regular mechanic to check and he said they were fine.

Since being taken over by pro tyre they have become greedy and will try to upsell everything. I will not be returning to this garage again.

Had an issue with the car in Bath and was stuck. Drove in an the gents Brian and Raul very kindly looked at it at very short notice.

Just the kind of ernest and professional help that was needed.

Went to the Swindon centre.
Had our tyres and tracking done - that was all fine. But they claimed we had 1mm left on brakepads (odd, as we'd only had them changed in the last year).
Took to our regular mechanic who confirmed our brakepads had 7mm left so hardly worn at all! Beware this garage if they try to upsell - they are probably trying to rip you off!

This review is for the amazing team at the Bath branch on Lower Bristol Road – especially Samuel and Ryan. I honestly can’t thank them enough. I called on a Friday about a brake issue, and by 3pm on Saturday, it was sorted!

But here’s what really sets them apart: during the road test, the same issue happened on the opposite side, and they went above and beyond to fix it there and then. They even stayed late to make sure I could safely drive my car home that day.

As a young woman in a new town, far from home and without my dad to guide me through anything car-related, I was nervous about going to a garage alone. But the team instantly made me feel safe, respected, and taken care of. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine kindness meant the world to me.

I had to move house on Sunday with all my belongings packed in the car – and thanks to them, I will be able to get home safely. I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys truly deserve recognition for their hard work, integrity, and dedication. I couldn’t fault them if I tried!

Newport branch 12/10 fantastic service issue where I had a gas leak on the air con after re gassing my van replaced the parts and when I went back they re-gassed with not hesitation definitely recommend top lads

Great service from the Salisbury branch, all thanks to Paul. Repaired a nail in my tyre in under a couple of hours, despite them clearly being extremely busy. Have been a customer for years and this is why. Thanks

Arrived promptly as requested for my 10:30 am appointment this morning.

Returned at 11:30 as at 10:55 the car had not moved so went for a coffee to kill time.

11:30 car still had not moved other customers cars being worked on who had turned up after us.

Complete waste of an hour will go elsewhere

Had a flat on a busy afternoon and called the Salisbury garage, wasn’t too much trouble despite it being busy, very knowledgeable and quick to fix and get me under way. Helped with some other issues regarding my spare. Fantastic service, will use again.

Tony & the boys at the Newport Branch are a credit to Bathwick Tyres. Every time I’ve used this branch I’ve always been impressed by the level of service provided. In fact I’m fortunate that this is the closest garage to my home address, however I would still travel here should I ever move.

I hadn't managed to book an appointment, but I needed something looked at on my car this morning, and I popped into the Gloucester garage. It was dealt with straight away, with no fuss... thanks very much to John and the guy who did the work on it. Great service :-)

Absolute legends! Can’t recommend this place enough, had a valve issue and it was fixed within 10 minutes! The boys are so sound, couldn’t ask for a better service 10/10

The fitters were extremely helpful and polite, and were happy to help in any way they could. They are now my go to for all their products at their Newport (South Wales) branch on Corporation Road.

Just had yet another great experience at the Salisbury branch. The guys here are always very friendly and never patronising (so many are in this industry)…Paul the main guy helped me sort a difficult problem after a BMW locking wheel nut key broke and they couldnt get the tyre off. Cant speak highly enough of these guys

My sister recently had a tyre fitted at Bathwick tyres bathroad. The car and all 4 tyre pressure sensors were working perfectly prior to entering. After Bathwick had fitted the tyre the sensor on the same wheel no longer worked. She asked for this to be sorted their response was it's the sensors that are broken on the car and it would require all 4 replaced which is costly.
I called bathwick in Bath who inspected it and alleged the tyre had not been fitted correctly and the Bristol Bath road garage resulting in the pressure sensor not working correctly. My sister was advised to contact head office as they were not able to rectify the work due them not being respsible. The bath shop advised to get the incorrect work resolved by bathwick bath road via head office. My sister has contacted head office with no response.

I can only assume Bathwick Bath road are opportunistic and it appears they take advantage of lone female customers especially if they aren't mechanically minded to attempt to get more money out of them. I could be wrong but cannot draw any other conclusion

Careless, disrespectful and generally poor service from Bathwich tyres on Bath road. But thank you to the other site which appeared to give decent advice despite not being able to resolve it.

Do not take your business here, ablefit, national tyre or Cabot tyres are far more professional and welcoming.

Happy to discuss this in person with the garage if anyone has the time or respect to respond to their customers.
