This Company does not pay refunds, I returned an item over 4 weeks ago and still no refund. They are not answering their 'phones and provide standard responses by email. I would not buy from them again and suggest anyone considering purchasing from them to stay clear unless you are happy to lose the money if there's a problem.

Jeg var lidt skeptisk pga andre anmeldelser her på trustpilot men min oplevelse da jeg bestilte varen var helt flawless. Der var den rigtige vare i den rigtige størrelse plus det tog kun 4 dage for at få pakken leveret. Jeg tror at grunden til at mange fra andre lande ikke kunne få pakken var, at de ikke bor i europa og det er kun i europa at man kan bestille varerne og hvis man bestiller varen i Danmark så er der altså ingen problemer. Det var der i hvert fald ikke for mig.

No customer support. I have requested refund based on poor quality but they have still not replyed on e-mail (4 weeks ago). I do not know what to do.

With returns (which are on your own costs) you wait forever for your money. It is now more than 3 weeks they received my return parcel, but I still wait for my money. They do not reply to my emails. Do not buy anything from that company!!!!

Got only 1 of the 2 items.
Emailed them but got no response..

This company is disgusting KEEP AWAY

I requested the courier the to deliver it another day(Tuesday )because I'm away for the weekend for it to say delivered (Friday), there's no proof of delivery, I've obviously haven't got it because I'm not at home

I contacted BBC and they say the following:
" Hi there,

Thank you for your email.

Please note that we do not operate on behalf of the courier; please file this complain with DHL.

They will be able to give you a proof of delivery "

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY

Under the Consumer Rights Act, when you buy goods from an online retailer, they are responsible for the goods until you receive them. So, if the courier loses the goods you ordered or they arrive damaged, the retailer is responsible for putting things right, not the courier.

I paid a return myself and only got a refund after weeks and threatening legal action. Do not risk using this company. The quality of the clothes for the price tag was also pretty terrible. DO NOT BUY

Delivery arrived on time but have since returned the items. Items returned well within 14 days and they are claiming to not have received the package even know proof of postage and delivery sent to them multiple times. The most annoying experience is the fact that they ignore your emails for days and days and no one ever answers the phone number shown on the website. I’m still awaiting a refund along with many other people as I see form similar reviews on here. Avoid at all costs!

I have completed several orders and have nothing but good things to say. Great prices for 4 days arriving free courier service, I would give 6 stars if i could.

NO PARCEL HAS ARRIVED NEITHER CAN I TRACK IT

HAVE SENT A BUNCH OF EMAILS ALL I AM TOLD IS WE ARE WORKING ON IT ,"ITS THE COURIER COMPANY DELAYING" AND THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT AT THIS POINT.

MY ADVICE IS DONT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE A RESSELER WOULD BE YOUR BEST BET.

Horrible Service, having an awful time, trying to get a refund for some jeans we replaced with a purchase of a larger size, despite being a new customer and spending over £400. Absolutely disgraceful. Just being fobbed off on emails, even though I paid over £9 for special delivery and can see that my return was received over a week ago, the excuse from customer services is we have a backlog, that’s it! Order Number BBC118295.

DON'T order from the EU. The returns process will cost you a lot of money and the customer service is really bad. Their sizes as displayed online are not correct. Never had a worse customer experience ever. Would almost call it a scam, but you can find the information about this online. Just had too much trust in this company so it's my own fault. I hope this review will help other people from falling in the same trap to compensate. Will never order here again.

I initially had an issue ordering a pair of jeans. I couldn’t get the PayPal link to work and contacted their customer service team via email. They were quick to respond and answered my question.
I shut everything down and tried to tried again the following day. This time it worked and my order was processed immediately. This was either Thursday 27th or Friday 28th and the jeans were delivered this morning.
I can’t fault them and credit where credits due the service was outstanding.

Their customer support is atrocious. When I placed an order for a shirt that was supposed to arrive in two days but didn't for three days, I made the decision to contact them via email to find out what was going on. They claimed the order was out of stock and I was wondering why no one communicated to me.That’s awful, very awful! I haven't received my order or a refund as of yet.

Items arrived in great condition and quality is way better than I anticipated also they kept me informed when I inquired about the delivery as the delivery info was taking time to load and show process, also I chose the longer delivery period and it only took about a week to arrive in Ireland from the UK. I think that delivery process is a bit uninformative is partly due to the company they use but no complaints though

Terrible company.... My son sent a T shirt back over a month ago and he has have proof they have received it yet no refund or communication whatsoever. Emailed them but no reply. Will have to go through the bank to see if they can help. AVOID!!!!
