The company communicated with me during the entire process. I received pictures, made edits, and was kept informed of the bobblehead's progress in production. It arrived last week, and it looks EXACTLY like my co-worker. This company went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results.

Coordinating 4 separate photos into one 4 person bobblehead required many back and forth emails. Alice was very responsive and accommodating, resulting in a team bobble that is spectacular! Delivery was fast, well packaged and within my deadline. Highly recommend bbobbler!

They make some great bobbleheads. They are very accurate and their team works with you to get the design you want.

This was the third Bobbler I had made. All 3 were great. The details that they added, like dimples, scars, freckles was spot on. On one which was a woman Navy pilot, they added a bun to the back of her hair, and even a cute behind, like a woman's, compared to a mans,if you know what I mean! The recipients of all 3, said "this is going to be passed down in my family" Couldn't be happier!

Lily did an amazing job creating a custom bobblehead for me—it turned out even better than I expected. She was incredibly easy to work with and made all the necessary adjustments to ensure it matched exactly what I had in mind. I highly recommend her for any future custom projects!

he first bobblehead they made was phenomenal based on the picture—unfortunately, it got lost during shipping. Thankfully, they were kind enough to remake and reship it, which was awesome. While the replacement doesn’t quite match the likeness of the first one and that’s a bit disappointing, I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they made things right. Overall, a great company with excellent customer service.

BBobbler has great options and provides amazing bobbleheads that I've been gifting for the past two years. I will continue to use BBobbler because of their excellent customer support.

Company admits they shipped a substandard product, blaming Lunar new year (which was a full month later than shipping) Despite the face that they sent an absulutely unusable product, they refuse to refund. I implied that they were manufacturing 5-star reviews and I stand by that. There is no possible way that this company has a 4.8 rating with the lousy product they are shipping. Buy anywhere else. I'm having my order re-done with another company

I ordered a bobblehead for my boss' Birthday along with some coworkers. Lily was amazing every step of the way- she sent emails for clarification to make sure the bobblehead came out the way that we wanted. It was a smooth process and was delivered in time.

It was a wonderful event!! Two people were honored with awards. The bobble head was a special gift presentation that I did for the man who put on the whole event. I wanted to be sure that this was an over the top gift.

People get enthused sometime but they don’t follow through. but maybe they might be using it at a later date anyway thank you isn’t enough For how I feel.

I was very pleased with Bbobbler company's communication in making sure I saw the steps and samples of the bobblehead I was having them create, making sure I approved each step before moving onto the next and final casting.

The final product is absolutely a joy to see! You can't help but laugh and smile at it. It's a one of kind gift that the person receiving it will cherish.

I recently ordered a custom bobblehead for a friend’s birthday & had a wonderful experience. Throughout the entire process, I received updates & sample images to confirm details during the construction. It was great to see the progress & make sure everything looked right. When the final product arrived, I was extremely happy with it. The quality & craftsmanship were excellent and it made the perfect gift!
