WE WERE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOM PIECE FOR OUR BOSS AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WE STARTED. OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED QUICKLY AND CLEARLY. WE WERE UPDATED EVERY STEP, SENT PICTURES FOR APPROVAL. RESPONSE TO OUR EMAIL WERE WITHIN ONE DAY (EXCEPT WEEKENDS, OF COURSE). THE PRODUCT WE RECEIVED WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTIONS. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

I ordered a bobble head for my boyfriend and the likeness is amazingly accurate!! The customer service was excellent with updates and final approval before the actual product was finalized via emails. It was kinda pricey after all said and done but well worth it!! I definitely recommend giving them a try.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would! Ordered a 16th birthday gift for my niece and she absolutely loved it! Could not be more happy with the finished product! Loved the bobble head experience so much I am going to get all of the kids in my family a bobble head so that they all can be immortalized with their own personal memorabilia. The staff checks in with you every step of the way to ensure the bobble head meets your specific requirements! And the staff is very professional and accommodating! The product and order process was very good, but the shipping was less than satisfactory. Ordered Nov 18, approved bye Dec 9, shipped (they called it dispatched) Dec 15, but didn't show up until January 6. It seemed to just sit in their Illinois warehouse for 12 days. So much for the Christmas present idea.

I have ordered 10 or more bobbleheads over the past 3 years from bbobbler.com for our employees and friends of our company, and they are CONSISTENTLY amazing. They are very communicative during the creation process, sending photos at each step to see if any changes need to be made. I have sent them some challenges (i.e. a bobble head of a runner wearing a full-torso rainbow unicorn pinata costume), and they always surpass any expectations. The likenesses they create based on just a few pictures is truly uncanny, and their attention to detail is artful. Can't say enough good stuff about these guys. Worth every penny!!!

First of all I paid for 10 day turnaround time and it's been almost a month now and they haven't even sent me the final. I haven't seen the refund on the 10 day turnaround time, which I needed Before Christmas. Now I'm getting text messages and emails from them stating that they sent me the final pictures for me to review and give them the go-ahead to ship and they don't respond. Horrible experience I need to just take my business to another place and get a full refund at this rate. The moment was lost on the day of Christmas when I didn't have a gift to give.

We ordered 4 different bobble heads for each one of our kids for part of their Christmas gifts. We ordered the day after Thanksgiving. Figuring that was enough time to get them in time. From the first initial email Nancy took charge every step of the way. We asked for several changes to be made. At times I felt like we over asked for certain things. Every time Nancy came thru for us. Immediately responding to our emails and requests. We were totally amazed at how each one turned out. Was looking for Bobble Heads for some friends and took a shot at this one. Had many good reviews and some concerning ones. Well, the concerting ones were quickly false in my book. From day 1 Nancy reached out immediately. She was so helpful and was in contact every step of the process. Likeness was remarkable and quality of the product awesome. From head to toe Nancy was there. So between contact, likeness, quality and OMG speed of shipping all was worth every penny. Don't go elsewhere this has to be your choice for custom bobbleheads.
