Service was friendly
Service was friendly. However when I ordered my BBQ your website said it was in stock but as soon as my order was processed, I received an email saying it had to be back ordered for at least a month. And then after a few weeks, the back order time was extended.

I waited a long time for the order...
I waited a long time for the order.... then it was the wrong size (my fault I realize - but the site could have had better pictures eg the picture of the BBq it fits...travelQ without the side tables), then I had to pay half the value of the item in postage to return it (being from montreal was a big disadvantage here). The customer service was good to send me a return label by email. I am trying to buy Canadian, but this backfired in this case. So I did not buy another one from you as I would have had to pay the shipping again... so I just went to Canadian tire and picked it up the bbq cover I needed in person.
