When I had issues with my online banking to get the credentials that you needed, so I tried sending the credentials myself, I had a runaround with your agents on the status of my loan. What should have taken 24-48 hours ended up taking 4-5 days to get my loan.

We're working on a resolution as quickly as possible as this has impacted many of our clients.
It took way too long
It took way too long, several days. I got told by the first agent they had all the paperwork they needed. Called back the next day and was told it would be probably 3 more days. That agent then immediately sent me an email request for all the paperwork again. I called back the next day and told them I didn’t want the loan if it wasn’t funded on that day that I didn’t want it because I was returning to work the next day. They funded it anyway. Just an unsettling experience all around. I’m really hoping I never have to use BC loans again. Worst loan experience I’ve had to date.

Please note our customer service agents will only confirm receipt of your documents; they do not review documents. When our processing department go over your documents afterwards - if there is anything missing - they will contact you.
If there is a next time, please contact us directly after approval as our clients are able to send back the funds within 48 hours to cancel their application at no additional cost.

Was good but the wait for bein with BC loans now for quite some time an having getting approved for so many loans an paid back without any problems was an experience for sure , some of the customer service reps were alittle hard to deal with but i managed to be polite an remain calm , other then that i would recommande BC loans to any friends or family !
