I've had a profoundly disappointing experience with Codecanyon/bdtask.com, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts, especially regarding the NFT marketplace script I purchased. It's unfortunate to say that I believe they are now engaging in questionable practices that have left me feeling scammed.

The script in question was a promise of a fully functional NFT marketplace, complete with bids, minting, selling, and auctions. It was created by a company called BD Task and sold on Codecanyon. However, my experience with this product has been nothing short of a nightmare.

The primary issue I've encountered is their refusal to honor refund requests for products that simply do not work as described. Despite the script's enticing description and promises, it became evident that it was neither working nor complete. Attempting to seek assistance through their support channels only led to dead ends. The lack of support for a product that was supposed to include it is inexcusable.

What's even more troubling is the response I received when I reached out for help. I was informed that fixing the script to work as expected would cost an additional $1000. This is an absurd proposition, especially when the functionality in question should have been included in the product's support package. It's clear that some sellers on their platform are exploiting customers by selling incomplete and non-functional products, with no intention of providing the promised support.

Adding to my frustration, my request for a refund was blatantly ignored. It's evident that Codecanyon/Envato has little regard for customers who have been left high and dry with malfunctioning products.

To make matters worse, even after reaching out to Envato for assistance, the process has been incredibly drawn out, with redundant requests for the same information and no tangible progress.

In conclusion, based on my experience, Codecanyon/Envato's practices appear to be shifting towards a platform where sellers can get away with peddling non-working products and avoiding their responsibilities. This raises serious questions about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when considering purchases from this platform, as you might end up with a product that doesn't work and an unresponsive support system, leaving you with no recourse.

There is no response from the support team

Bdtask is very proffesional as a service provider. I have worked with them for 3-4 month in restaurant software project. they delivered me the best service and also the best software.

Nishue is a completely buggy script and not done properly. the customer support is horrible and rude. they took 3 days to just reply to me. and their maximum reply time is 1 day. and I asked for the refund and they denied it and claiming their script has no bug and it's perfectly fine. and there is no freedom to change or edit anything except texts. not even the menu. we can't add or change what we want in the menu, we can't delete users, we cant remove the language we don't want. we can change anything in design. we can't add more payment methods. if you are reading this then stay away from this scam script. otherwise, you'll regret it after purchasing this. this script is full of bugs and is unable to change any single thing except text. and their employee saying (if we want to change anything in their script we need to get it done by them) I have proof of that. you can mail me at support(at)ranawebdesign(dot)com and I will share those. so if there is a need for customization for tiny tiny things to get done by them. then you can guess how much your project will cost you. and they are lying too much. Bangladeshi people lie always. and I had filed an FIR at the cybercrime branch in India. and they are investigating the matter. once they passed that I will take the copy and go to consumer court and request to pass this notice to Bangladesh. I'm gonna shut their fraud business down.

Really bdtask is a great software and IT company. Their office environment just impressed me even their office culture is a highly international standard. It is quite difficult to find such an office environment in Bangladesh. Even CEO and top management working with employees at the same table. Usually, this type of scenario is not available in Bangladeshi corporate culture but they are doing it. Also, their software and ideas are very impressive.

Management system is not well formed. No Manners. No professional behavior after a certain time.

If you like to work on a Garments, it’s best for you. Management is wishing for some robots instead of human. Though employees are trying to help each other. They’re trying to make good environment.

You have to buy your lunch time, prayer time. Grouping by management selected personals. When you rise your expectations, you may get kicked without any notice. No work from home even in pandemic situation. No good culture and good practice. No highly skilled employees work here.

Sometimes think about your employees too. Try to collaborate with upgraded technologies and systems not only for development, but also in real life too.

Technical support is very bad, Horrible Coding structure!
I purchased Bojon - Restaurant Management System from CodeCanyon a few months ago But I understood that it's there're lots of bugs and technical problem in this. They don't have basic knowledge of basic coding structure and when I contacted them for support, they are not response well only said -Please read the document.
HR and Director behavior too much unprofessional.

DO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDS. It has been 2 months nearly and their support continues to ignore me... these guys are frauds and claim that "This author's response time can be up to 1 business day." but I have waited well over a month and even in the responses they give, they directly refuse to answer my question. DO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDS
