Poor first impression but eventually rectified
I ordered shoes in the wrong size (my bad). I sent a refund request the day I received them on February 11th. No response. Sent an email on the 17th. No response. Just sent another email today, the 20th, as I am approaching the 14 day return period and am quite frustrated that the company has yet to even acknowledge me. Save yourself the money and do not order from their website. The AI chat bot kept sending broken links to the return form and was of no actual help. Will update if I ever hear back and can return my shoes.

Bearfoot finally reached out to me on the 21st with a return label. They stated they weren't sure how they missed my email. Nevertheless, my shoes are in the mail being returned to them. I did order from a different brand due to this first impression with Bearfoot, but if I don't end up liking them I may try this brand again.

Bearfoot claims their systems were down for the two week period I couldn't get in touch with them. They refunded me after my shoes were returned but they did ask me to amend my review. I raised my rating from 1 star to 3 as I feel this fairly reflects the service I received. I cannot give them higher than a 3, as this was my first impression of the company and unfortunately it left a bad taste in my mouth. The only way I would return to this company is if the shoes I ordered from Saguaro somehow turn out worse than this entire customer service experience.
