Awful. After 5 days, just canceled my order for no apparent reason.

Awful. After 5 days, just canceled my order for no apparent reason.
BeatRelease is a total waste of time because they canceled my J. Cole order without a word of explanation, and looking at their feedback, it’s clear they have a recurring habit of printing shipping labels without ever actually mailing the items or issuing prompt refunds.
If i could give less than 1 star I would. They FLOOD your inbox with new inventory & deals. Seem to have added multiple ways to received customer support, both are non existent.
I ordered my vinyl on 12/5/24, yes 2024. Order#8500 Not only has the order not been fulfilled, they have provided no update on the order. I have received minimal responses & customer service over the course of the last year. I have emailed, call customer service, left voicemails, reached out on social media, crickets...
Either they did NOT get these vinyl OR they want me to request a refund because the market was higher than original purchase price. I do NOT want a refund, i want my original vinyl. I have been sworn two different times over the year, I am in que to receive this vinyl.
Fulfill outstanding orders, maintain quality customer service. After seeing countless other reviews, there is a common theme here. Do not continue to grow without acknowledging & solving existing issues with your customers. It is beyond aggravating seeing a million advertising emails without acknowledging requests for update.
My emails & calls have been spaced out months at a time. $200 thrown to the wind, unprofessional from A-Z would be an understatement. I have ONLY received 3-4 emails from customer service over the last year after over 30+ attempts of a REAL UPDATE.
Garbage company. Ordered a record back in early December only to hear nothing about it until after the 25th, when it was an expected Christmas present. I emailed them (called three different numbers across 3 social media accounts including the website number) and either got disconnected, some random dude, or a disconnected line. I eventually messaged all their social medias threatening to dispute it if I didn’t get my record. They then told me apparently it wasn’t “released” until the 22nd of December and that’s why it was late… this record is old??? Sent me a tracking number and then never even updated it. Thank god I purchased this on my credit card and was able to report it to fraud, because I will probably never get this order, ever!

You have to push them to get what you ordered! Customer service is so arrogant. Look for products on Discogs, you find them cheaper and with a better attitude. I still haven’t received my order.
Received an email over 20 days ago for a hot clearance item. Immediately purchased two pieces. After about 12 days, I started emailing them asking about shipping. No response. Email them again after 17 days, no response. Here we are, 24 days later in the items finally show up. I open the box and the packing material that was used was garbage. Empty boxes of shampoo and shopping bags, even a quiche box with nothing in it. I took out the two items I purchased and open them to find out they were completely empty. I have sent them emails a few moments ago, but considering they didn't respond to my other five emails, I don't expect them to respond to this one either. Do not buy from them. What a garbage company. I was hoping that I could attach photos, but unfortunately I'm not given that option.
Never received tracking information in spite of repeated attempts then would show record as "delivered". Attempted to reconcile with company and was told they would resend, and same thing happened again. I had to dispute through my card. Will not use this site again and advise others to avoid as well.
