SCAM ALERT!!! FAKE PICTURES OF PRODUCTS. I ordered "vintage pants" and what I received was a pile of polyester that looks like it was put together by a 7 year old. 45.00 for crap and post office told me it would cost me over 200.00 to ship back to China.

How are we allowing this?

Liars, thieves and pieces of garbage. I recommend going to ftc.gov website and filing complaint

This is a scam! They steal photos from other websites. You do not get what you ordered. You receive some awkwardly cheap material that's made irregular and poorly. Nowhere near the item listed. Even a pair of the "jeans" which were ugly thin polyester type pants, they forgot to sew on back pockets. They told me I'm responsible to pay for return shipping back to Asia. Complete SCAM! BEWARE!!!!!!! They got over $100 from me.

The item I received was a piece of garbage and looked nothing like the photos on the website. The multi-colored jacket I ordered was described as a handcrafted, wool jacket. It arrived a month later and was a polyester piece of Temu garbage. You can’t get a refund unless you send it back to China and even then I’m not convinced.

The quality is super cheap and not at all in resemblance of the photos on the website. They used different colours, different material, and different cut! It is basically a different product. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, this kind of selling should be illegal.

SCAM!!!! I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing instead of trusting the fake reviews on their site. Absolutely nothing like the picture!!!! I ordered a jacket and I got a piece of polyester. I’m shocked they have not been shut down yet.

I wish I had found honest reviews about this site before making my purchase. Like many others, I was allured by the beautiful photos and what appeared to be a legitimate store. They were advertising a clearance sale, and the prices seemed reasonable for that level of a discount, so I thought I was getting a good deal.

Buyer beware: this is a complete scam. What I received looks more like a Halloween costume than the product I ordered. The quality is beyond terrible, nothing like what was shown online. One description stated that I would be receiving jeans but instead received a very cheap polyester material.

On top of that, the shipping was another nightmare. The site promised delivery in 3–5 days, but it took over a month for my package to arrive. By then, it was already clear I’d been scammed. It comes from China with one can only imagine are dismissal working conditions. They took $150 from me for what probably cost them $5 to make.

With enough pressure and awareness, hopefully this site can be shut down. It is fraudulent, misleading, and preys on unsuspecting buyers. Do not waste your money here.

I got a jacket that in no way resembled the original purchase whatsoever. It is not even close. It is made of plastic and completely unwearable! When I asked for my money back, they stated I had to send it back to ASIA for more than it's worth. Buyer beware- they are a scam!!

Sub,sub poor quality. When i emailed about returning and requesting for refund, I received no response. I emailed a few times, still no response. Do not trust this company. Do not buy anything from Beatrice Boutique, you’ll be sorry. Big mistake doing business with them.

They told me it would cost $35 to return my $50 item.

SCAM!!!! Not a trustworthy company!! Their website is misleading with American designer and where their clothings are made. They’re a Chinese Co. but disguised as an American Co./designer. They kept refusing to refund my $$. I’ll never buy there again.

The garment ordered was not like the photo of it, in that the fabric quality was unlike what showed in the photo and the sewing of the garment was very poor and unprofessional. When contacting Beatrice Boutique to ask for return instructions I was not provided any until after several email exchanges including providing photos of the garment. Beatrice Boutique offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its website, that was never honored, just harassment in emails to accept. To return the item, that cost about $45 US the postage back to China would be about $35 US, with no guarantee of a full refund. Don't order from Beatrice if you expect a well-made quality garment. The fabric they use is flimsy and cheap, though the photos look otherwise!

If I could have given zero stars I would have!!! Don't know how 4 - 1 star reviews = a score of 2.8! Product does not look like website photos stolen from other websites. Product is sub sub par. There is no stop in US. 28 years in business = a lie.

The worst company I’ve ever come across. They say they do returns in 30 days but they don’t. They offer 10% off the article. My article is completely different to the one described. I have been in correspondence with eight them for weeks and they have now closed the case.

Scam site. Sends very poor quality items from their production in Asia. Not the same as the items advertised on their website. STAY AWAY. Have requested a refund but have yet to receive a reply.

This is a scam company do not use dont answer emails app have sent goods but when u go on track order it says no order very dodgy there is a similar company called Margaret’s maid they both say there having a closing down sale DO NOT USE
