Once again I find my really impressed with the service provide by the whole team at Beatrix. They've really got the whole thing done to an art with booking through to payment being so easy!

Really happy with the in person element too. Luke was professional and personable. It was a pleasant experience.

We chose Beatrix to change the boiler system and make good an old run-down kitchen, ready for a new kitchen installation. Beatrix did works on the flooring, ceiling, walls, lighting, window trim, door, painting, decorating, appliance installation etc... also helped towards the final completion of the new kitchen installation and any troubleshooting along the way. I was anxious and nervous at the beginning of the project but Beatrix were very supportive and helped me understand all the steps of the build (no question was a stupid question), gave good informed advise, were easy to engage with, we felt we were being listened to and our opinions were respected. The kitchen project went from being a daunting idea to a fun, happy and enjoyable project for the whole family which was achieved within the agreed timeframe. It is obvious that Beatrix have built up a great reliable team of specialist trades people and this shows in the quality of their work. Generally, builders have a bad reputation but Beatrix Home Ltd have restored my trust and faith in them. I could not recommend Beatrix highly enough and have no hesitation is using them for future projects.

I have been meaning to do this review for such a long time, but in the middle of a renovation it is hard to find the time!

Sometimes Beatrix post quite glamorous, large bathroom makeovers which may make some people feel like they cannot reach out if they have a smaller space to work with - or that they will get charged an arm and a leg if they do.

This review is to explain how this could not be further away from the truth. I decided to go with Keir and his team after speaking to 14 different bathroom providers - while admittedly some were cheaper, following an experience with our rewiring (where costs seemed to keep mounting above the stated price during and after the job) I decided to go with Keir. I am happy I went with him for the following reasons:

a) He was extremely flexible in our own level of involvement with the bathrooms. We were clear we were cost sensitive. For those of you who are happy to do some DIY-ing to bring down the costs - this is the company for you! Keir was happy for us to do some of the demolition, as well as the painting and decorating - which saved us close to 2 grand. If you've got other skills/things you'd like to try yourself - he is happy to accomodate.

b) There were no surprise costs. What we agreed was what we paid - and I have to say we had a nightmare with a valve that broke (while we were on holiday too!), that was both sorted by Beatrix but also added a decent chunk of work back onto the team. We immediately had a sinking feeling in our stomachs on how much more that was going to cost - but despite the additional rework and installation of a new valve, we did not get charged.

c) The team are LOVELY and genuinely try to ensure that what you want can be achieved. I was determined to make 2 bathrooms out of our space - but it was tiny and very finicky with no margin for error. Tommy was excellent, explained all the nuances of our set up well, and had the expertise to chisel out a hole in our toilet to accomodate the side-on soil pipe amongst many other things. Fish and Daniel built in so much storage it felt I had gained a bathroom without losing anything. They all were so great at listening - often I feel talked over or disregarded by tradespeople but here I really felt we worked so well together to make the bathrooms that we dreamed of a reality.

d) Keir himself is a super calm guy - it cannot be overstated how helpful this is when there are a million things to consider and a million more things that can go wrong!

Safe to say, my partner and I have reached out to the team for help with the kitchens. I will post a before and after of those after they are done!

I had a difficult to detect micro leak in my underfloor heating system, that other leak specialists has failed to solve with various techniques. Beatrix Home LTD successfully pinpointed the micro leak using the gas trace system which was probably the only way that such a small leak could be found. Unlike most leak detection services, Beatrix Home LTD do not only detect the leak, but also fix the leak and finally make good after the repair process.
Sam who fixed the problem was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and the team who visited on the day were all great.

Prompt, efficient, courteous service from a local firm. They sorted out a couple of minor problems with my radiators at the same time as doing the service.

Beatrix Home are a real breath of fresh air, and Sam and his apprentice did a great job of installing a new radiator and removing an old one.

Tradesmen everywhere should take note of how Beatrix Home gets the basics right. Costs are quoted up front, they turn up at the time they agree, communication is proactive, and the work done to a good standard (including cleanup). I even had a follow up call a few days to check I was satisfied with the job! Will be using them again.

I booked Beatrix Home to connect my new washing machine & dishwasher. When I tried to disconnect them the day before, ready for the delivery men to take away, I couldn't do it, so Beatrix Home sent Jack & his assistant first thing in the morning to do it for me, & then they came back in the afternoon to connect the new ones. They were both professional, efficient, friendly & polite throughout. When the job was completed, they ran both appliances to check there were no leaks! They took away all the stress & inspired me with confidence. I will certainly use them again.

Jack was really well mannered and friendly, as well as being reassuring. There was no fuss or bother with getting the job done. He left us with peace of mind and with complete confidence that the job had been done well.

When fitted, our new kitchen mixer tap did not give as good pressure as our old one. Over the course of several phones calls and emails, Beatrix Home were extremely helpful in advising what the problem could be and which replacement tap to buy. As always they were punctual, friendly and flexible on the job itself.

Fantastic service! I had my old radiators re-fitted and needed a new boiler. They have done everything so quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated as I was without heating and hot water. Their team is above nice and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
