Order Recovery
I ordered cladding for my home which was delivered on time. Unfortunately the wrong size was delivered, I contacted Beatsons who reacted instantly and arranged for the correct size to be delivered for 08:00 the following morning. Good companies take ownership of errors and recover in this manner, well done. And prices are very competitive also.

Well I've not received anything yet
Well I've not received anything yet. The Parcelforce email has said 'we have left a card with details of a failed delivery' but I did not receive the card. Or the parcel.

Late delivery of materials
Delivery of my materials were not going to be delivered in the timeframe quoted.
Having taken time of work to receive the delivery, not only was it inconvenient and delayed the project I'm working on, it was also a financial hit to myself, a days lost wages as I'm self employed.
Update.
After telling the branch it was a nightmare for me, they were able to arrange the delivery on the day specified, but it was delivered late afternoon.
So I've upgraded it 3 stars

I can see here that we said delivery would be Thursday 23rd May (Potentially the Wednesday if time allowed). When did your order come?
Did you get in contact with ourselves or the Alloa branch as I have no paper trail on our emails about the delay.
I apologise again for what has happened and hope you choose to shop with us in the future.
