Spencer made the whole experience very straightforward

Having a ring made through Beau Gems had been a great experience. Spencer arranged the polishing of the emerald I had and showed me a CAD design of the ring based on style I liked. The finished ring is absolutely beautiful and I am extremely happy with it!

I have been using Beau Gems for more than 20 years to replace stones in and clean my favourite ring, to purchase new pearl earrings and to re-string a necklace. I have always been more than happy with the service Spencer offers and would recommend them to anyone.

I was so happy with the service and quality of necklace/pendants that Spencer was able to get made for me. My engagement ring needed resetting, my mum’s engagement ring totally redesigned and all the bands needed a good clean and polish. The whole process was really straightforward. Spencer visited me at home and really listened to what I wanted. My own bands came back like new but the best thing is my mum’s engagement ring. It’s absolutely stunning- even better than I could’ve imagined. Aside from the sheer artistry, Spencer ensured my ring size was measured precisely and priced competitively.
