I purchased a shirt from BeautiPrints for $34.95, later learning from their own response that it costs them only $12 to make and ship—a markup of over 191%.
When the shirt arrived too small, I requested an exchange. Instead of a standard size swap, I was first asked to pay $12, and then later told I would need to pay $15 to receive a replacement.
I understand their “made-to-order” policy, but charging additional fees for a simple size exchange—especially with such a high markup—does not feel reasonable or customer‑focused.
The product itself runs small, but it is the experience and lack of flexibility that has left me disappointed. I hope they rethink their approach to customer service.

Follow‑Up to BeautiPrints’ Response:
This is now the fourth time I’ve received essentially the same response from BeautiPrints. It reads more like an automated script than a genuine attempt to resolve my situation or truly care about the customer experience.
What’s especially frustrating is that this company says they are “committed to making sure you’re fully satisfied with your order and that your new item fits just right.” Sadly, my experience shows that this is not their actual goal. Instead of helping me get the right size, they’ve repeated the same policy and asked for more money each time.
This type of service is exactly why so many people in the USA hesitate to order from companies like this. A simple size exchange should not be this difficult or this expensive—especially when the product already carries a 191% markup.
And to make matters worse, the so‑called “premium” shirts are not the soft Bella+Canvas tees that other made‑to‑order companies (like TeePublic and Redbubble) use. That’s what I expected for the price, and instead I received something noticeably lower in quality.
My advice: Do not use this company if you value flexibility, honesty, or customer care. And if you absolutely must order, size up—maybe even twice.

As mentioned in our email, all of our products are made-to-order. This means each item is custom-made specifically for each customer, which unfortunately limits our ability to accept returns or exchanges in the traditional sense.
That said, if the shirt you received differs from the size chart by more than the allowable margin of 3cm, we would be more than happy to offer a refund or replacement. Please send us a photo of the product laid flat alongside a measuring tape, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We understand your concerns and are sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to improve our service.

Their sizing chart does not match their clothing. They make you jump through hoops to get a refund. This happened to me 3x and they still haven't changed their chart. Stay away or just guess what size you need. Maybe it works and fits.

Kinda not impressed by the whole thing. The order was claimed to have been delivered, yet I have no package. RING camera on my front door shows no one showing up at my property all day. Sent in that I hadnt received my package and was told that I had to contact USPS, which is confusing in that DHL was the one who was supposed to have delivered my package. Feel that the customer service is lacking and response was to tell me to look around my yard when no one had come onto the property all day.

Reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is I ordered a premium figuring the material might be a little heavier but its still very light weight cloth.
Wonder what the other material is if not premium.

Excellent product and quick delivery, and quick resolution of a problem: the color "ash" looked like a solid light gray (with a hint of green) on multiple devices, but when the shirt arrived, it was heathered gray (which I do not like). I reached out to the company requesting a replacement in a different color, and within moments, they had placed the new order for me.

Tshirt was very nice, soft material and love the design. Unfortunately I was confused on the sizes and ordered the wrong size, thought I ordered a large but was actually a 3xl. Make sure you check the size chart. Had I done that I would have received the right size.
