Beauty Heroes is by far my favorite beauty retailer. The brands are vetted carefully to ensure there is no "green-washing" and the products are clean. While not every products I've purchased has been a perfect fit for my skin, all of them have been of high quality.

Any time I've had an issue with a package that seemed to be taking longer than normal, or a bottle that may have broken during shipping (rare, but it has happened), customer service has been so prompt to reply to my emails and remedy the situation with a refund or replacement.

I have received the Beauty Heroes subscription box for over 6 years (maybe even longer??), with only a few short breaks in my subscription. There are some ingredients that are fine on their own, but in certain products cause my skin to become irritated. The company has made a note of this in my account and if a subscription box is scheduled to have those ingredients/products, they reach out to me and ask me if I want it or if I want to skip. It is so helpful.

Subscribers get a discount on all products in the store as well, which has greatly reduced my unnecessary purchasing "just because it's on sale". As a subscriber, it's always "on sale" so I can use products responsibly and not feel pressured to buy more during promotions.

I really cannot say enough positive things about this company. I am so pleased with their products and customer service. I wish I lived closer so I could go into the store!

I have been getting the Beauty Heroes box for over a year and have been very happy with the quality of the products. It's all super clean beauty, the products are full-size, fresh and the value is always really high. I've tried other beauty subscriptions, but this one is the better than any other box. I stumbled upon Beauty Heroes and was absolutely delighted to find all of the clean beauty products they carry. Best of all is the monthly subscription box they offer! I receive 2+ products every month from brands that I may not know a lot about. In the box comes information on each brand and directions on how to use the products. The entire ordering and receiving process has been seamless. I also have written in to their customer service department with questions and I have to say, their customer service was nothing short of stellar. Keep up the good work Beauty Heroes! They offer a subscription service of full-size, curated, premium, clean-beauty products worth hundreds more than the monthly fee. They are so wonderful. I have placed dozens of orders and every order received at time. Once the shipment was lost the usps details showed it delivered but it was never received till date and then i contacted the customer service. They assisted me and sent me new replacement. I am truely happy with their service.

I came here to write a good review because I love this company so much and feel like they really get it right - their customer service team is so fast and caring, and I've loved everything subscription box and each order from their store is well packed and timely. I'd advise people to NEVER order from this company. I pre ordered some plum oil and paid $74. My order never arrived and you CANNOT REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE! IN MY OPINION THIS WEBSITE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM/RIPOFF! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I don’t normally write reviews but I have never been so disappointed with an American company before, Beauty Heroes are truly the worse company I’ve ever used. I’ve ordered a box of products by recommendation of one well known person. The parcel never arrived so I contacted beauty heroes who advised to wait a bit longer. That was a month of wait and after I had to submit and signed forms to say that parcel never arrived. I’m now 3 months in to wait and they completely ignoring me and costumer service is absolutely pathetic and slow. I have no choice but to file a claim against this company and get my bank involved to reverse the charge. Never again!!!

The best service ever! Great products, amazing value of subscribtion boxes, constant email support. I purchase almost all my cosmetics on this website for about 2 years now, and I have never had any problems with Beauty Heroes.

I have never had problems with this company, but the last two months have not delivered two boxes that were long ago paid for by subscription and also paid for shipping which is important. the store stopped responding something understandable to my letters, I only see that the status of my parcels does not change, and the company asks to wait for each shipment 40 days so that it can contact the carrier. the first 40 days have already passed the problem is not solved, no one changes even the company of the carrier, all the statuses of parcels I have including track numbers, ready to provide. predstaviteli firms on my last letter did not answer, and the letters were to wait for that 40 days. service absolutely nepoyantno for what take 19 dollars for delivery of each box. I have an annual subscription and I want a normal solution to my issue.
