The seller is very good but parcel force delivered it in an unsafe place and i got home and the parcel was gone. However beauty base are doing everything they can to open a case against parcel force.

My problem with my purchase from beautybase.com started when I tried to pay for my item, and the beautybase website wouldn't let me use PayPal, even though it was listed as I payment option. This meant that I had to use Google pay, which I would never normally do.

Anyway, due to some kind of glitch with the Google pay system, which I unfortunately didn't notice until after my purchase, the fragrance was going to be sent to my old address.

Now this isn't beautybase's fault, but I immediately emailed them, asking them to change the delivery address to to my correct address, and I received email confirmation shortly afterwards assuring me that the shipping address had been changed.

So, you can imagine my horror when I received the tracking information, only to find that beautybase in fact hadn't changed the delivery address at all, meaning that I had to divert the delivery to a post office near where I used to live and travel 15 miles to collect it!

Needless to say I am not impressed and I won't be purchasing anything from beautybase.com in the future.

I have purchased a phew perfumes off Beauty Base maybe a couple of the same scent because they smell good, although I was given 2 discount vouchers each time I ordered none has worked but besides that it is the best online to my knowledge you will find the latest fragrance's. The latest one I bought was the Giorgio Armani "I Will" it smells so nice I have treated myself to another purchase of it, also I will continue to buy the latest perfume's from this store.
