I've used the Ealing branch on and off for years but visit less and less as feel they're not competitive compared to online stores and their customer service is rather poor. Also I've never really found their prices to be competitive compared to online retailers.
Most recently in store (Ealing), I asked if they had Versace Yellow Diamond in stock as I couldn't see it on the shelves and without even checking on the system the retail assistant said it's been discontinued. I was rather shocked to hear this and left the store feeling sad BUT having checked online this scent has mostly definitely NOT been discontinued.

Train your staff to not tell outright lies and say instead "We don't stock it anymore"!
They did the same thing a few years ago saying my favourite foundation had been discontinued but thankfully it hadn't and it was easily available online and at another local store considerably cheaper than Beauty Base was selling it for!

After this most recent experience, I doubt I'll visit the store again.

Quick delivery. Everything srrived safely packaged, no dents. I was worried the perfumes might be fake but they werent (you could tell from packaging + scent + how long the scent lasted). Pricing is amazing.

I visited Hounslow branch of Beauty Base on Friday last week after learning about their special offers on a range of Estée Lauder perfumes. However when I got home after I sprayed I could hardly smell anything. I know these perfumes from the nineties and they’re fragrant and strongly scented. Even if they are on special offer, It’s no excuse to water the products down. I think the branch should show respect for the customer and for the integrity of the brand. Imagine if I’d never known this perfume before. I would have been given a poor impression of Estee Lauder . I’m really disappointed and am looking for my receipt to get my money back. What a disappointment.
