Ordered a brush
Ordered a brush. Realised next day didn't need it. Emailed support and asked if I could cancel. Had no reply and no brush 10 days on! If I wasn't quick enough cancelling then fair enough. But to still not receive the brush either way gives it a big fat no! Sent another email today

I have never heard of this company, being online I was very weary. Did the online checks and took the plunge. They were the only hair stockists online where I could purchase grey hair. Thank you, the grey hair (M51) is a perfect match. From purchasing to receiving my purchases I was kept informed by email and texts. I will purchase from this company again, I would also recommend.
