Very easy to deal with not to mention, the great product

Don’t order from this company!! I ordered 4 tubs of collagen and requested to return three as offered in their return policy. I’m returning the unopened tubs bc there do little protein in one serving, I prefer vital proteins instead despite VP being mainly bovine collagen. Anywho, after four ems and two weeks, no reply, and their phone number doesn’t answer, it only gives a recorded message saying send an em.
Don’t but from this company bc there’s no support!

Haven’t received the product to give a proper review. Ordered back in Early April. If or when I do receive my order. I’ll leave a proper review

Excellent product. My father uses Body Butter on his psoriasis. Works great. My mum and I both use it to nourish skin. Face, arms, legs. Highly recommend.

I placed my order on March 23, 2025 and I still don't have it! Of course they don't answer the phone and I have requested a refund twice via email. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Beauty Lux is a horrible company. DO NOT BUY. They don’t answer the phone or reply to emails outside of AI. Did a subscription and on the first one after initial buy my card was charged on March 29th. It is April 25 and I have not received product, nor has it been shipped. Email was sent twice stating it would come in two weeks. DO NOT BUY!!

My order was never received. I emailed the company, and they said and said product not fulfilled and has not shipped yet. I was informed by a Michelle. Never received the product at all. They are slow to respond. No tracking number was given. Fraudulent!

I'm giving them 1star because I had to ! I have been trying to cancel any future shipments of their collagen ! Product is fine, but need to cancel for financial reasons ! I've had no response at all ! Since December 2024 I asked to cancel future orders and have received 2 shipments ! This is a dreadful company and I'm planning on reaching out to local TV station for help ! Think twice before ordering from this company

Product Range and quickness of delivery. This time I purchased Alernative Plus Active Eye serum which I have noticed difference. Also purchased The Ultra Intensive Facial Mask. Makes skin smooth and has a nice scent to it. Love the samples also used the Hair Mask which was one of the samples. Very Happy with purchases.

I would give this ZERO stars if possible. I made an order last week, and it showed going to the wrong address. I contacted this company--BEFORE IT SHIPPED--to change it.
I called, and called, and called, and called. I emailed, and emailed, and emailed and emailed. I used the chat bot--which confirmed the product hadn't shipped and they could change it. And the bot was sending to a person. FOUR DAYS later, nothing. Do NOT trust this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very happy with my purchases. Love the Dead Sea Mud Soap which I use on my face everyday. My face appears to be smooth from using it. Received samples also. Have tried two at the moment. Mud mask and eye and face cream. Very nice rich and smooth. Looking to purchase more in the near future. Very Happy.

Don’t ever order from this company again. I purchased a mask on Nov. 10th and they charged me for it but I have yet to receive a tracking number, notice of product being processed, and it’s going on almost 3 weeks. I have requested a refund multiple times and Michelle from support who appears to be the only person working there has said someone will get back to me about the refund. Ive gotten no other responses and no refund. If I could give no stars I would.

Visually, packaging was nice and items were sent with some care.
Parcel appeared to have had something dropped on it during transit and box was pierced. Thicker boxes should be considered.
Free samples were fabulous.
Products themselves were lacklustre. I wouldn't go out of my way to order again.

Have a subscription for the collagen powder supplement. First shipment was received quickly. Now I’m on my second shipment. It’s been over a week and still have not received (stuck with UPS who I contacted, told to call shipper). Sent email and tried to call with no response. At this time I’m very disappointed. Still waiting for reply from BeautyLux support. Not happy.
