Ordered the trial package. Came quickly but with 2 cleansers and no moisturizers. Sent an email and response came back in 2 hours that they would send the missing moisturizer and also included a 10% discount for future purchases. Nice job!

I love DermStick - it really works! After using it for a year with great results, I stopped using it for a few months. Thought maybe I didn't need it and didn't want to spend the money anymore. I had a big, ugly blackhead return, and I went right online to order. Now I signed up for auto-delivery. It minimizes the size of the pores on my nose dramatically.

The website was easy to navigate. I was looking for a specific product and I found it easily. The website has a clean, professional appearance. The company was very informative after my purchase and sent me many updates about my product, which I appreciated. They also let me know when it had arrived so that I did not let it freeze in my mailbox overnight. Very pleased with this purchase.

I have very sensitive skin and have tried dozens of exfoliates ant this one makes my skin so silky I really do get compliments.!!! I am so happy and I know this sounds like an ad but it is not-

Products are excellent and order and delivery mechanisms are great. The packaging of some of the products could be improved. The plastic bottles are subject to cracking. In my most recent order, I received a glass bottle of serum that is impossible to open. This is a minor wrinkle for superior skincare.

I've been using the glycolic cream for the last 2 years and have seen a significant improvement in breakouts and overall skin appearance. My dermatologist recently suggested that I follow up with a Vitamin C serum, so I use this product from Beauty Rx as well. This has improved my results even more! What a great combination I've discovered: gylcolic cream and then Vitiman C serum. Such a simple routine and great results!

I first ordered my dermstick earlier this year. I was really loving the product and was seeing a noticeable difference in my pores!! HOWEVER, less than half way through my stick the pen would no longer dispense the formula no matter how many times I twisted. After. Frustrating week of trying, I emailed them. The curstomer service was great and they offered to send me a replacement free of charge. I was thrilled! They also told me that on the next run they planned to change the design of the pen as this wasn't the first time they'd heard of this issue. Even better! I received my second pen, and unfortunately half way through It did the same thing!! No more medicin! So frustrating because I love the product. It's a shame to have a winning formula and flawed design. So, you will see results......but I can't promise you'll get what you paid for in terms of the amount you'll be able to use! Such a bummer!

BeautyRX is amazing. I am highly allergic and could not find anything that my skin could tolerate. Dr. Schultz's product line delivers visible results and never irritates my skin. It has given me a youthful glowing completion so noticeable that my sister keeps asking me if I've had a facelift!

I just finished the initial 6 weeks, and really didn't think it made much difference, and wasn't planning to re-order. Had dinner with a friend I hadn't seen in several months, and the next day, she wanted to know what I was doing with my skin, because it looked so much better! Was truly surprised that it had made a noticeable difference! So now I'm on my Replenishment pack--guess I'll keep it up!

This is my second time buying the Dermstick for pores. My first experience with it was wonderful. This time, "priming" my stick has taken over 300 twists and STILL nothing is coming out. The liquid isn't even close to the top of the pen. There isn't even half of the formula that was in my first pen. VERY disappointed!! Not worth the money whatsoever and will never buy again or recommend to anyone. I'm furious.

There was a minor timing issue with emails and I was under the impression I should have received the product a couple day prior then the actual delivery date. When I submitted my query, I received a email and a follow up phone call with more details. Real enjoy the spf 50, nice and light while being protected.
