Excellent service. Placed my order late Monday evening it was dispatched Tuesday morning and I had it by 9.30 Wednesday morning. Very well packaged. Products were nearly 50% cheaper than other retailers. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered Alfaparf 1L shampoo ( great price !!) at 2:30pm on a Tuesday. I had it by tuesday afternoon ! So quick, and no problems with packaging or anything. Will be ordering in the future for sure

Placed my order on Sunday. Received it Tuesday. Very well packaged. Excellent experience no complaints.

DPD dropped box in road and products were run over but even so there was very little in the bottle and no leaks into box. Very odd. Then I haven't been able to get a hold of the seller by phone or email. I would not buy from this seller.

Bought 1litre shampoo, double bubble wrapped and under that the lid was sellotaped down! So no issues with my delivery but obviously noted from before as they went to such lengths to make sure no spillage!
Bought box of cotton buds and seal was broken so they were spread all around the cardboard delivery box. Also bought eyebrow brush/comb combo and head was broken off, only €2:50 so not the end of the world.

Do not order from this company. Look at their social media and see comments are turned off or restricted.
Ordered suncream last month. One bottle basically empty but stilled sealed. Contacted them straight away and still have not got replacement or refund after numerous emails. Finally told it would be collected by dpd yesterday before a replacement could be sent. Dpd did not collect or were contacted.
I am all for supporting an Irish company but these are beyond un professional.

Discount products are out of date which I only realised after sending proof of faulty product.

I would not purchase from this company again. The shampoo bottle was opened and had no protective seal on it and product had leaked out. I contacted Beauty Savers about this and provided photos for evidence and asked for a replacement bottle to be sent to me. They would not provide a new bottle and offered me a 20% discount on the product which was €2.60. Really poor customer service. I would really question where they are sourcing these products from and would question the quality and dates on the products as well. I unfortunately had to throw the bottle away as I didn't know if the product had been compromised and I didn't want to risk this. I really wanted to support an Irish business and therefore avoided the big UK retailers online but save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered the professional products from Beauty savers on 19th April. And it arrived the 20th April. I will definitely be be ordering from them again.

I ordered semi delino shampoos not expecting them to come until after xmas with the holiday buzz but they arrived at my door the next day!! wow!! i seen the negative reviews but i would like to think this company is genuine. good to support the irish as well!

I was unsure about the site given the mixed reviews but the shampoo I ordered was a few Euro cheaper than elsewhere. I received the order the following day and it was well packaged so I would use Beauty Savers again.

Refund. An absolute joke this website is I haven’t received my parcel when it says delivered I have emailed ye 4 times and still no response very ignorant of ye l would like a refund please !

It was my first time using Beautysavers.ie yesterday- I ordered Image moisturiser.
I normally order from other suppliers but it was over €13 cheaper with Beautysavers and after checking at least 6 other suppliers they were by far the cheapest.

I received an email an hour later to say my order had been dispatched and I’m happy to say it arrived before 11am this morning. Fantastic service couldn’t ask for better. Thank you.

Paid €86 for a product, pump broke.
Will not respond to my request of refund or replacement.

I had ordered the wrong products, didn't notice until i got an email with confirmation, i had emailed beauty savers and they were very quick about responding back to me and gave me a full refund to reorder again, I got refund with no hassle and reordered again, they're communications was brilliant, shipping was extremely fast and product weren't damaged and was well secured and as described,
id highly recommend beauty savers, prices are the best around and ill definitely be ordering my hair products from here in future. Thanks again

My experience with the company was good. The website had some glitches but I got my products delivered fast once I put in the order. The products themselves were the real brands of what I ordered.
