Easy to order on the site. Would be nice if the billing and shipping could be different, if someone wanted to pay for the kit, like a grandparent.

The most terrible customer service was given to me by the rude people. I called them to place an order as their website was not working. The rude woman told me she can’t help me???? She told me rudely that go back to website when it’s working. Almost felt they don’t care about the sale of their products
