Was easy to order. Got my furniture on time. Nice delivery chap. My furniture was all there, easy to build. I absolutely love my new furniture. Good quality. Feels like it will last for ever. Looks lovely too 😊 I would definitely order from Bed King's again. Thankyou x

Delivery took weeks with no communication. Couldnt get through on the phone on numerous occasions. Initial booked delivery was cancelled (although to be fair there was snow). When arrived there were marks on the furniture. Spoke with BK and they were helpful but i needed to send it back for replacement which i couldnt be bothered to do.

I haven’t received yet, was given a 3 hour time slot, rejected it as can only be at home pm, then given same time slot day after, even after waiting over 4 weeks.

The piece did take a long time to be delivered but this was made clear when ordering. It was tricky and time consuming to put together but the end product is great quality and style.

Took almost 1.5 months for my product to arrive. I had one email from them telling me I’d not been forgotten and each time I phoned to find out where it was I was told it’d arrive by the end of the week (it never did). I asked for compensation repeatedly, was told a manager would call, they never did and then in the final week of waiting and calling no one ever answered the phone. Thankfully the product eventually arrived and is great but disappointing service.

Arrived on time , excellent service, were polite and respectful to my property, highly recommended.

Product is great, really pleased. Delivery was delayed and would have been better to have been advised of the delay instead of me having to chase. But overall happy with my purchase. Bought the luxury trundle. Good quality, good price

Good quality, be it the handle was broken, however Bed King's sent replacement within 24hrs. Very pleased with their service.

Whilst I had to wait longer than the website indicated, subsequent communication was good. Delivery, today,was on time and the guys were polite & careful. The chair is as described and fits in well in the room. It fitted together easily. I am pleased with the purchase.
