I ordered the bed via Wowcher. It arrived and I was informed the headboard was broken. When we took the plastic off it was the wrong bed. The quality was beyond poor. I rang the customer service number 01924938004. The three options cut me off. I wrote to Wowcher head office Sir Frank Whittle road Derby DE21 4XA. I received my refund within days.
This company is obtaining money by deception and Wowcher should drop them. Wowcher read the reviews. The five star reviews are fake.
I have informed this company that they have seven days to pick up this bed after which it will be going to the dump.

Really loved the quality of the divan base and the mattress provides a lovely nights sleep.

Went on their website on 15 May and ordered a mattress, selecting 17 May for delivery. Their site states next day delivery if ordered before 1.00pm. Received an email order confirmation on 15 May and that was the last I heard from them!

Contacted them on 22 May and raised an issue with Paypal to cancel order and requested a refund. Ordered a mattress from another company on 22 May which was delivered 25 May. Still heard nothing from Beds.net so I escalated my claim with Paypal on 29 May.

Next day I had a text from Tuffnells stating order despatched. Tuffnells turned up on 1 June but I refused the delivery, however they marked order as delivered and signed for by me - there's an absolute liar(s) employed at Tuffnells for sure.

Good old PAYPAL refunded me in full on 8 June. I am so pleased I paid with Paypal and didn't pay Beds.net directly. Avoid Beds.net at all times if you know what's good for you.

They even have the cheek to write on their order confirmation email that "We hope that this has been a stress free shopping experience....."

Words fail me!!!!!!

My daughter ordered a bed and mattress through wowcher last year. Mattress was delivered but no bed. Of cause will never get the money back. How can a company like this still be running.

This company pretends to sell 'expensive' beds through Wowcher, but having read the review and experienced a failed delivery, through no fault of mine, I really do think this whether this company exists or delivers anything.

I was told my bed would arrive between 0900-1300; had a message at around 12.45 with a link to live tracking, and it said the delivery is about 13 mins away.

I waited and around 13.20pm, I get another text message to say the delivery could not be made.

I was standing outside of my propert looking in ebvery driection, but these cowboys never turned up.

I think they just pretended to deliver, then failed it and then nothing.

I tried text messaging them; calling them numerous times, but NO NASWER FROM ANY OF THE NUMBERS.

They seem to have a Live Chat option on their website; absoultely useless as it does not work when you click on it.

I will be taking this up with Wowcher and demand an immediate refund and will also report this company to my bank.

I want my bed; where is it; will I get it or are you just going to pretend?

This happened ages ago but same old story, I bought a bed, it never came, when I called they offered to give me a larger bed than I ordered (clearly meant to give them time for the transaction to be unreversible), requested a refund. I challenged the transaction with the bank, and made sure to get an email confirming my refund from the call centre, which was obviously some hired call centre full of customer service detail who couldn't make it at ASDA Cafe. Totally appalling, get your refund from the bank soon as.

This is a scam company. I tried to order a bed. But they didn’t follow the correct checks with my bank and my bank stopped the payment going through. Tried to call them on all the 3 options when prompted and the phone line just went dead. Scammers. Don’t trust this site.

Never received the bed.
Didn’t have any means of contact that works, no social media for them. Number never connects. Had to get money back from bank. Don’t even bother ordering. I’m writing this review six weeks after ordering the bed.

Basically if you buy anything off beds.net you are crowdfunding for the guy who hides behind an untraceable address, an email and phone that's never answered or replied to and a continuing fraud and scam with a few orders sent out to keep up appearances.

I ordered a mattress topper via PayPal on 25th Feb 2023. Stated delivery within 4 days. Didnt arrive. Don't bother phoning. Answer phone where you can't leave a message. Don't bother emailing, they don't reply. Opened a dispute with them via PayPal. Pretty easy to do. You then have to escalate it. Escalated it and PayPal contacted me again to let me know they are refunding me the full amount. So I guess that's confirmation that they've looked into it and decided this company is either fraudulent or unable to deliver what they take your money for. Do not try to buy off these people.

It would seem that I also should have read the reviews of the company prior to purchase of 2 memory foam mattress with cover.
Web site still shows item in stock.
However I did get through on phone, informed that out of stock and refund will be given. Nothing received, so back to paypal to obtain my money.
IF paypal wants to.

Should be zero stars but not an option. DO NOT buy from this company. Bed ordered end December 2022 with delivery date given as start of January 2023. Delivery date came and went with no update from company. Multiple calls and emails and only response was to ask for order number so they can follow up with their client. Nothing further. I asked to cancel and refund and no response received. Absolute scam and now trying to recover money through PayPal.

SCAM SCAM SCAM …… ordered a bed 2 weeks ago payed by bank card for it to be delivered today …no sign of it, phone number and email don’t work .. wish we had seen the reviews before been scammed

Bought in december, after 3 weeks without delivery I asked to cancel the order and return money but they didn't do it. Solved the problem with PAYPAL

This company are scammers. They know what they are doing. DO NOT BELIEVE any of the positive reviews on this website as they are fake. This company also operate under various names so be very wary and do research before buying any mattress online. If you are a victim, I hope you take action, by going to Action Fraud, Citizens Advice and requesting help via your Credit Card company - they need to be shut down. I currently have a case opened against them and I will pursue legal action. I have obtained the names of the owners via companies house.

Update:

After reporting Beds.net to Trading Standards, Action Fraud and my credit card company, my money has finally been returned. For anyone else who has been ripped off - PLEASE PURSUE IT. It took 3 months to make happen and at times wanted to give up but that's what they want you to do.

Scammed my father (who is a pensioner) out of a bed by taking the money and delivering nothing. Nobody answer the phone

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY DELIEVER NO BED AND DONT GIVE YOU THE REFUND BACK THEN TEHY TELL YOU THAT THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE BED THEY NICK YOUR MONEY OF YOUR CARD AND YOU DONT HAVE THE THINGS YOU HAVE ORDERED

Ordered a bed last weekend. Money taken but no delivery or details of delivery. Move into our property tomorrow and no bed for our daughter. Thanks bed net. Tried phoning and email auto answer saying email. Email was returned saying incorrect address. Have started a resolution through PayPal. Doesn't solve my immediate problem of no bed!!
