Good but could do better
I love Beehive and have been with you for years. I was very disappointed, however, that you reduced the interest rate considerably on my account - I would like to say without notice but perhaps I missed an email. In any case it would be good customer service to let us know if a better account is launched. I have now switched, having researched myself, but lost 2 months' decent interest.

Efficient
Efficient: the app/website have a clear and easy to use layout. They have been quick in responses. Now it’s changed to Nottingham BS though. I am still using their service.

Beware when proving ID
I would have prefered to prove ID in person at my local branch.
I think the QR code proceedure for online ID should be explained better.
A rogue website appeared on my mobile whilst I was trying to have my ID checked.

Nearly gave up
Not a great experience trying to complete the account opening process, it took several attempts to satisfy the security and verification parts. That said once the account was opened the app is easy to use and the interest rates are good.
