The service at Beerhouse

The service at Beerhouse, particularly from Aimee was outstanding. Everything was considered and smoothly processed which made our house move so much less stressful. We would 100% use Beerhouse again and recommend.

Simple booking process

Simple booking process. I followed the instructions emailed to me so that I had my driving record number and this made pickup go fairly swiftly.

Staff were friendly and drop off was as easy as leaving the keys on the desk with an email confirmation following within a couple of hours.

A bit “slapdash” at times

A bit “slapdash” at times. What happened to the so-called new policy of giving a full tank of fuel on vehicle pick up?
That way you only pay for what you use.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, super clean van and very quick delivery!! Aimee was amazing at sorting out for me, and the guys that dropped off and collected super friendly and helpful!! If you need a van, try these guys, you will not be disappointed!!! Thanks you !!!

Excellent service and not a single…

Excellent service and not a single complaint.
We needed to hire a car for the weekend. We have two local options. I checked Trustpilot and the reviews for the other one were not good/mixed. Since there wasn’t any for Beerhouse we took a chance on them. And like I said I can’t fault them at all. Service was friendly and professional. Handover was good and return was seemless.
