Miss old management. Horrible service!
Was rude to my wife. They completely messed up our dogs trifex renewal. Did not tell us we needed to have an appointment. Found out over weekend they didn't send the prescription to pharmacy as promised and cited we needed to bring our dog in. We then couldnt get an appointment before our dog was due for her next dose.
Their only compromise was to overpay $50 for a single dose of Trifexus (in contrast 6 costs $100-110 from Costco) to get by until then. Essentially price gauging over the situation they put us in.
On top of that horrible service & cannot take criticism. They don't want us to come back but we're absolutely on the same page. They're over-priced and incompetent. I've had enough with them. Their new management was the worst thing to happen to them.
Do not bring your dogs there!!!!!!
