I bought and installed yesterday an integrated undercounter Beko with ice box ..

Such a disappointment..really sorry I bought ..i had a 17 year old candy that died so needed replacement ..ice box size good but shelves very shallow in depth and width ..I m on my own and cannot fit all that I was able yo in Candy or what I need into the fridge ..very little space inside ..very disappointing..

I would suggest always see in person what you get before ordering ..

I purchased a 5 ring electric beko hob , after only having it for 2 weeks 3 of the 5 rings stopped working , we got through to beko and they said they would send us out someone to repair it , a week later someone came but couldn’t figure out what was wrong he rang beko to explain this but they said they still wanted him to repair it (in fairness he himself was frustrated by this) he came back 3 days later and decided to replace the mother board to see if that would fix the issue assuming it was an internal fault but then all 5 stopped working , he got onto beko again who still said they wanted a repair he came back same day and got 2 of the jobs working again but still no luck figuring out what was causing the other 3 to fail he ordered more parts that were supposed to arrive within one to 2 weeks , but after only 2 days of him leaving I turned on the hob and it was fine for 2 minutes then there was a light and a really loud band and a burning smell right while my 2 year old was beside me on a chair ! Angrily we called them again and they said they still wanted it to be a repair , WE EMPHASISED THAT IT WQS NOW A MAJOR SAEFTY HAZARD , but still it was nope it has to be a repair so we refused and now they are telling us they are going to send someone out again to more or less confirm we arnt lying while also telling us not to use it in the meantime as it could be a hazard ,THINKING OF SUEING THE PANTS OFF OF BEKO THIS ISNT EVEN ABOUT INCONVIENECE ANYMORE THIS IS ABOUT PUTTING MY FAMILY AT RISK ! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Not joking, when companies like this exist you have to wonder about the future of mankind. Bought a small fridge freezer combo for my mum, model K54270 and nearly a month later still can't register it. Despite multiple attempts, apparently this model doesn't exist, neither for that matter does my phone number format when i try to WhatsApp. The only saving grace is my local retailer who i bought it from, they'll stand over the guarantee, no questions asked. Beko, do better!

So far the fridge is working well. We bought it to replace the exact model we already had. That one was 10 years old and suddenly had a very fishy smell coming from it. Presumed it was electrical fault so stopped using it and bought this one.

it was not fitted correctly, and so only works now and then. We paid for it to be fitted

Need a new dishwasher. After doing a good bit of research Beko dishwasher came out as being reliable and budget friendly. Doing what it says on the tin and doing it well.

I have a 2017 Beko freestanding dishwasher that has never given me an ounce of bother. Still cleans perfectly and I'm astounded as it was much cheaper than bigger branded competitors
It's now 2026 and I just have to hop on and give it 5 stars as its still going strong

After attempting to.contact then on varies numbers, I eventually made contact with a person, which was a bonus in it's self, explained the issue, paid up front (is way they have your money regardless of what level of service you receive). After waiting almost two weeks an engineer called, not to fix the issue but to see what parts were needed!! Appears they didn't provide him with a stock of parts, he left and arranged to call back in 7 days, which he did, unfortunately he was sent the wrong part which only came to light after the cooker had been stripped down!!!! He was very apologetic and again said it would be another 7 days as he would be waiting delivery of the part, in fairness he kept us informed and arrived 7 days later and completed the job. In the meantime time I had tried in vain to talk to somebody in customer services, contact is only available via WhatsApp (unbelievable) were following a long exchange of text, I was offered a partial refund, which never arrived, I contacted them again via WhatsApp as they hide behind this app to avoid dealing directly with customers, after much toing n froing I'm told that no partial refund is available as the appliance was repaired, no mention of the delays, their forwarding wrong parts, and ridiculous customer service contact process, I would advise anyone to avoid this company and their agents at all costs, spend your money with a reputable company who is based in the country which they trade, and value the business of customers I asked numerous times on WhatsApp to ring me directly, bearing in mind we are senior citizens and fortunately have understanding and access to technology.
So much for registering your appliance, not worth the ink on the contract, AVOID AVOID AVOID.
GUARANTEE THESE COMPLAINTS ARE NOT EVEN LOOKED AT!!!!

Very good machine

Appalling service when it comes to repairs of a fridge freezer. Engineers don’t call when they have been booked & alot of their work seems to be outsourced to external contractors and Beko don’t seem to have good communication with these contractors Took 2 days off work waiting for an engineer to call and on first occasion he called day before and phoned to say he was arriving in an hour and was very rude, was unable to say what was wrong . The next appointment I sat in all day & engineer never arrived. Customer service really poor . Will never buy a Beko utility again, have been advised by friends too that they have had similar experiences with Beko,
