This is the second chair/ottoman set I’ve ordered from Belleze. The only reason I got rid of the first one was because my cats destroyed the arms. It was still in good condition otherwise. I had the one with the French writing. This one looks like boucle. It’s great! I’ll continue to order from this company. The chairs are inexpensive and comfortable. Thank you!

Which was suppose to be a happy memory for my family and I this company destroyed

I purchased a fireplace from Belleze. I was excited to purchase this fireplace. I am a cancer fighter, and this fireplace gave me memories of a very special time in my childhood. When I was a child we would stay with my grandparents. We would sleep next to the fireplace and go to sleep with the crackling sounds and the warm glow.

The fireplace changed prices three times between there site and Amazon, within hours . After dinner I went to purchase the fireplace and it changed to a much higher price.

I reached out to Belleze, they stated to me to purchase the fireplace and they would refund me the difference.

I never received the difference in cost, and they do not follow through. I have been very understanding, we are weeks into this situation.

Sometimes a purchase has meaning and memories attached to them, it’s not only just objects. All you have is your word.

I am trying to return this fireplace, for this company goes against my beliefs. They do not put customers first.

I never put the fireplace together for I needed help from my son when he gets back in town, so I never was able to enjoy that extremely special moment. I am not currently working and my husband works 7 days a week to keep things afloat but we purchased this to help our family share in joyous memories.

Please stand behind your customers and your products. Don’t destroy dreams. The time I spent on this should of been spent with my family.

I love shopping at Belleze and I swear by the rug selection and quality of the products. In a recent purchase I was informed that a chair i ordered had been damaged during packing pre shipment. I wasn’t offered a replacement just a refund I understand that is acceptable but it was disappointing as I chose Belleze for the guarantee of satisfaction.

Ordered 2 shelves to be delivered in 2 days, they called on that day and said they’re refunding me because the shelf was damaged. I asked if I could get another they said they’re sold out and not sure when getting again. I asked about the other shelf (since I ordered two) and they said that one was damaged too which was suspicious

delivered quickly. advertising should have made more clear that it's intended to be screwed into the wall which we, on account of placement, can't do. Still, now full of plants as much of my garden had to come inside, it's absolutely gorgeous and we have no regrets

We had an issue and the customer service was top-notch. But this review is to question the quality of their product. We spent $400 for an outdoor set and it arrived damaged and the quality was very poor. Right now we are working to get a replacement and a refund. They deny the replacement and refund and they offered us a $30 credit. We have a chair that has a dent and a deep scratch and a sofa that has serious large metal gouges showing in it. I wish I could show photos. And they want to offer us a $30 credit.

Good, quality and ease of install. Chairs arrived quickly, no waiting. Unfortunately the second set was sold out so I hope they restock.
