My contact was with Garry Taylor on the business account side of sales. It was our first experience with an electric vehicle and he explained well everything I need to make the decision.
Ultimately the business decided to Lease the car rather than buy but this didn't change Garry supporting us on the decision making process. Very well handled.

Providing an update as I was contacted by the dealer after they replied to this review.
I was called by someone from the garage who told me that he was calling as he understood I wanted to talk to someone...
1)when I explained that the MOT had found excessive play in the suspension, he stated that it was within tolerance for KIA
2) I pointed out that they never even sent me the normal video review of the service and he forwarded it to me. It was the first message received on my phone from that contact, despite that he insisted that it had been sent previously.
3) the MOT pointed out a nail in the rear offside tyre, Yet this service said all tyres were good.
It seems clear to me therefore that the 'service' provided here was not even up to the basic standard of an MOT that takes 20 mins.
There is also an inherent failure to accept responsibility within the manage structure of this dealership.
I will be taking my car to a different KIA dealer to have the suspension sorted and would highly recommend AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP !!!
Dropped the car off at 08:30 as agreed. They hadn’t even started the service at the end of the day.
When I returned to pick up the car the next day the folder containing the log book and manual was missing.
Problem is it also contained paperwork relating to the vehicle.
They are claiming it wasn’t them however some of the contents of said folder were all over the front seat.
They did provide a courtesy car. It was on fumes when they gave it to me showing a range of 0 miles !
All in all a shoddy experience.

Tommy sold our daughter her first car when he was at his previous dealership and we were delighted to give Bells Northampton our business with Tommy helping us! Honestly it was a close call between the same car at another dealership but our faith and trust in Tommy swayed us! He is a great asset to Bells, I genuinely hope he is appreciated and rewarded for his interpersonal skills! He seems to exhibit legitimate loyalty to the customer and his employer. I would definitely recommend trusting Tommy with his guidance and opinion when buying a car!

Lovely experience when buying my car 6 months ago - but since trying to sort out a fault with it you wouldn’t think this was the same company . The car is still under Volvo warrenty and has developed a fault . I’ve rung 4 times to date with someone promising to come back to me , to no avail .
I was forced to take it to my local garage at my own expense to try and diagnose and see if it eeas safe to drive . They found the fault area and have a likely explanation but obviously I want this corrected under the warrenty . . I am reading many good reviews , I am certainly not happy with my treatment .
Still waiting for someone to call me back .
Update - have had a call back from a very helpful Emma Bell so hopefully on the way to getting it sorted .
So- after a day spent getting my garage to find the fault and trying to liase with Volvo assist I have spent 4 hours and numerous phone calls trying to get a hire care through them . The Vovo assist is dreadful. Bells should have collected my car and given me a courtesy car instead of driving me to tears of frustration .

Bought our first pre-owned electric car from Bells in Northampton. Neil was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although it was the middle of March when we found a car that we wanted to purchase, Neil pointed out that if we waited until 1 April when the new car tax rates came in, it would save us £400! Very good experience with Bells which took a lot of the stress out of buying a car.

Very happy with service provided by Jade at Bells during purchase of a new Picanto. Smooth process from initial enquiry to arranging a test drive, part exchange, ordering and then collecting vehicle 10 days later.
All the team are approachable, helpful and down to earth and thankfully not pushy with extra's - which is my pet hate.

Booked my Kia EV6 in for a diagnostic on the heating (after a few software upgrades couple weeks before) as it seems to turn off after a time. Couldn’t find an issue but Jo recommended booking back in for 2 days so they can take a more detailed look and provide me a courtesy car. Must say excellent service and updates on how they are getting on. Shout out to Jo Farren-Wilson who has been just great.

Peter made everything so easy and seamless right from when we first walked in , very friendly was always available on the telephone would highly recommend Volvo at Bells .We went there after getting a rather unhelpful and negative experience at another dealership Not Bells I have to say and honestly at Bells at Bedford they are so customer focused nothing is too much trouble and for the first time ever after picking up a new car we had a call in the afternoon to make sure we were happy and all was well with the car and making sure we had no problems and everything we needed .

Came in December, was offered a price, still slightly out of my price range, but with some negotiation, it all went great, placed order and then had to wait till March! March arrived and arrrived and car ready to collect !
