Wow I am so glad my bank declined purchase. I was trying to buy a pair of shoes that were 19.99 with free shipping and that's what the receipt page showed but when I paid for it my bank immediately contacted me about the 29.98 charge. I emailed them and then called them directly, was never able to get an answer as to why the extra 9.99 was tagged on after I agreed to pay 19.99. Also when I called the customer service was terrible, guy sounded like he was eating (smacking between words). I'm glad payment didn't go through. I had to check to see if they were a real company.

I ordered a hearing aid dehumidifier for $19.95. They said it would be delivered tomorrow. As soon as I hit submit I became aware that they took an additional $9.95 plus they charged an extra $10 for the item. Also the item wouldn't be delivered until May 4. I called and the guy started yelling at me right off the bat, said I can't follow basic instructions. He wouldn't let me get a word in and became increasingly obnoxious then hung up. All in all I paid ~ $40. I will let my bank handle the matter.

This company is a scam. They will add a $9.99 delivery fee after you hit sumbit. They will attempt to add more charges that were flagged by my bank. Their customer service number is not a working number. The so called delivery person will call from within a call center asking for your gate code but never show up. The order status updates hours later. If you dispute and ask for a refund the delivery map will change from China to your location. They will say the item delivered and refuse to refund you. Please do not waste your time or money ordering from Belro.

I ordered a doorbell camera from this company, but ran into several problems with the order. I highly recommend that you stay away from this company, I wish I had ordered from a more reputable company, Ring or MyQ.
The Belro website stated that the camera would arrive next day being shipped fom North Carolina. It was shipped from China 4 days later and arrived 12 days after that.
The company tacked on a $9.99 charge for expedited handling, and there is no way to deselect that option before checkout. With much difficulty the extra charge was finally refunded. But now I have three fraudulent charges after making the original purchase, two for $15 and one for $39.99. I had to eventually cancel my credit card to stop the fraudulent charges.
Scam company
Scam company. Same complaint as all the others. I thought I was ordering "English" tall riding boots. They did not arrive. 24/7 customer service is a crock. Stayed on hold forever. Kept hearing that I was "next in line". Was then directed to leave a message but...mailbox was full. I was also charged that hidden fee of $9.99 for a lifetime warranty and delivery insurance. Will contact my credit card company to dispute charges. What a joke.

Do not buy from Belro - Belro are scam sellers. We purchased a Bark Control Device that had no effect on our dog. We called their customer service number multiple times during their supposed availability times, and were told we are the 6th, 5th, 4th,... person in line. When we finally got to the front of the line, instead of talking to a person, we were directed to leave a message in an email box. Then got a reply saying the mailbox was full. Must be full of complaining customers! Buyer beware! Lesson learned..

My experience echoes others I see here. I ordered a pair of shoes for $14.99 but after I'd checked out, I was presented with a screen that wanted me to add insurance/warranty for $9.99 and there was NO WAY TO OPT OUT! So, I closed the screen and immediately got a text from my bank (kudos, Bank of America!) saying several charges were made and did I authorize them. I ended up having to cancel my card and am now waiting for a new one, with a new number, so I have to notify any auto-debits of the number change. What a colossal waste of time.

Please stay away from this company. They tried to charge me 5 additional times after my main purchase. Those 5 additional charges were declined from my bank luckily. I also had to cancel my current debit for a new because I didn't trust this company. They also sent the wrong colored item. Very bad company. Very scammy. BEWARE.

If I could give a -5 stars, I would I do not recommend doing business with this company. They are extremely unprofessional. They are very unpleasant and rude on the telephone. Their customer service is not customer service. They hang up on you and do not want to answer your questions. I think this may be someone doing this out of their home. When you ask questions, they’re gonna hang up on you and you’re not gonna receive your merchandise. If you do decide to do business with them, the most positive thing I can say to you is good luck.

When i attempted to order a pair of sandals from Belro my credit card was rejected 3 times as fraudulent.
Upon entering my husband’s card i was able to complete the order for the $24.99 pair of sandals.
Immediately 2 Order #’s appeared, one for $9.95 for some kind of unauthorized fee,
and the sandals increased in price to $34.98, apparently tagged with another “service” charge.
I immediately called customer
service to encounter a very belligerent man i could barely understand who was accusatory to me.
I hung up and called again to cancel everything and I was promised that would happen.
Only the mysterious $9.95 was removed.
I then emailed customer service
to cancel, well within their 24 hr window policy.
Immediately a return email claimed that was not possible as the order had already been processed and was on its way, but they would give me a 25%
discount if i would keep the product and accept the “refund” now.
My response was , no,
that it was clear this “company” is an illegal scam and with documentation i will contest this charge and report Belro to my state’s Attorney General’s office.
Immediately i received a response that, with further consideration they would cancel both orders and charges.
That was Th, the $9.99 showed up again and was again removed.
The inflated sandal charge of $34.98 remains.
As of Monday i am still waiting.

I ordered magnetic eyelashes, and was charged for a warranty and expedited shipping, which I did not request. Called customer service, and asked to be refunded for the entire amount, as well as cancelling the order, as I saw that it had not been shipped out yet. Was told order was cancelled and I was refunded only for the warranty at the time. A week later, I discovered that the order had shipped, and the charges for the item and the shipping remained. Contacted the company and complained, and asked for a return label. Long story short, and many emails back and forth, they offered me a 50% refund if I kept the item. I agreed out of frustration. I never received the 50% refund because I had closed the credit card to avoid any more erroneous charges. Company absolutely refuses to send me a refund in any other form, but instead offered me a discount at their store. I advised them that I will NEVER order from them again, even with a discount, but they still refuse to send me the refund. Don't waste your time or money ordering from Belro.......huge scam!!!!!

I had the same experience as others. It said my card was fraudlent and then it attempted to put 3 charges on my card. My credit card company caught it immediately and called me. I shut my card down right away.
Terrible Quality-Picture of garment is misleading
The picture of the item was misleading. Blouse/top was pictured as if it had glitter/sparkles. Top was nothing like the picture. It was a cheap polyester top with "look-like" glitter. The top smelled like a dog. I am terribly disappointed and the warranty of $9.95 was added on even when I attempted to deselect it...smh.
I will NOT order anything else from this company.

I ordered one item, unfortunately, but just as scammers do, they double charged me but only refunded me for one of the items!! I relate this sorry "business" to someone selling illegal items. You look for a profit as you hand out subpar products to people, charge them double and lie/dodge when it's time to provide what you should have in the beginning!! But you don't care because your pockets are fat...may others be damned! I'm going to dig my heels in to cause them hell. As much as food and gas is, people need every penny that they have "honestly"(you sorry people have no use for this word) worked for.
