Received terrible product and no customer service help
The actual product I received was extremely disappointing and I actually reached out to Belvedere customer service for some assistance and never heard back. I gave 2 stars because the product was delivered promptly all the way to Canada during the holidays.

Faulty goods and no response
Received goods on time. Goods were faulty. Despite repeated attempts to contact Belvedere collections by phone and email - have not received any reply.
Now left with faulty unusable goods.

Damaged items and no response
I ordered 3 items online which arrived promptly however 2 items were damaged. Despite multiple attempts to contact Belvedere I have received no response and the items are not of a quality that I would like to gift at Christmas which was the intention. I am really disappointed at the waste of money. When I saw the items in a store I was really impressed but due to lockdown this store was closed and I decided to order online.

I contacted Belvedere Collections to see if they could make what I was looking for and they did exactly that. They responded quickly and sent over images of the design for my approval before creating the finished product. They were happy to make any adjustments that I asked for, and made and sent out the item exceptionally quickly.
