mieldon, ya los otros comentarios lo dicen todo, te hacen hacer un test “gratis” para luego pedirte que pagues para obtener un certificado, que claramente es falso. Buscaba simplemente una orientación a que nivel de ingles tengo. Un certificado b2 o c1 no se consigue así de fácil chavales.

Muy malo
Despues de hacer la prueba de nivel no te dan el puntaje que sacas y te quieren cobrar 0,5ctm por darte el certificado. Obviamente no lo pague porque no es oficial, y si no lo cancelas con tiempo te pueden cobrar casi 25€, y por lo que he leido te lo cobran aunque te des de baja. Muy mal informado todo

This is a scam. Do not touch.
Scam. The way they got me was that I took a free language test to test my level. A language I am already good at, but just to test my level. It took me 15-20 minutes to complete the test. After the test had ended it turned out I had to pay to get the results, but not a lot, maybe one euro or so. So I payed - after all I had just wasted 20 minutes of my life on this - and was redirected to a language learning platform where I had to fill out my "learning goals etc". I picked another language which is the language I'm actually trying to learn, just to get to the end of it. I never got the test results. I got an email saying the results were ready, but when I logged in all I saw was my "learning progress" (which was zero because I didn't pay or join to learn anything).
Basically they earn money from a lot of people accidentally subscribing to something they don't want because they've found a free test on Google, spent a good while taking the test and want the results.
Basically people are paying to feel like those 15-20 minutes weren't wasted. Benative tricks you into wasting both your time and your money.
I've contacted them but I'm pretty sure it's a bot replying to me because I'm not getting an answer. Getting someone to hear me out and either give me my results or give me my appx. 1 euro back will cost me even more time than I've already wasted. This is why the business works for them, people have to bother, simply for the sake of justice or principle.
* I am already in touch with the customer service, but we don't seem to be communicating about the same thing. There is no problem with the trial period and I was not made to subscribe because I cancelled immediately, and I did read the "small text". But I was still charged for getting my test results at all, which I didn't get. I've been checking every day since I payed and got the email that my "test results are ready", but there is nothing, just a learning platform with no test results.

On fait le test d’anglais et seulement à la fin on nous dit qu’il faut payer pour avoir le résultat, j’ai payé et là le site se met en erreur et plus rien ne marche! À fuir!!!

Estafa
Realicé un test de nivel de inglés en BeNative porque indicaba que solo costaba unos céntimos. En ningún momento se me informó de que después se me cobrarían 24,99 €. Aun así, me hicieron ese cargo sin previo aviso.
Un mes después, volvieron a cobrarme otros 24,99 € y descubrí que me habían activado una suscripción automática sin mi consentimiento. He intentado cancelarla desde la plataforma, pero no es posible, y tampoco responden a los correos que les he enviado.
Me siento engañada. No hay transparencia en los pagos ni facilidad para cancelar la suscripción. Si no devuelven mi dinero y cancelan la suscripción, me veré obligada a denunciarlo ante Consumo.

Non acquistate assolutamente questo servizio che vi fa illudere di acquistare un test per conoscere il proprio livello di inglese scotato a 0.50 centesimi invece che 24.99 euro, un paio di giorni dopo la transazione vi arriverà un altra transazione non autorizzata di 24.99 euro, e quando richiedete assistenza tramite email risponderanno con l'annullamento dell'account ma nessuno rimborso o spiegazioni, tanto meno suse come se non fosse successo niente e non volessero avere niente a che fare con voi. Temps perdu car ne dise qu’à la fin des 60 questions qu’il faut payer pour avoir le résultat. Et de plus ça passe de 24,90 €( (soit disant) a 0,50 cts, quelle affaire !!! Surtout quelle arnaque. De plus tu ne sais pas si tu payes un abonnement quo te reviendras à je ne sais pas combien par mois ou si tu payes le résultat sans abonnement. Bref pas clair. Et ne venez pas me dire que le prix est indiqué avec de commencer le test. C’est faux.
