I would never have ordered if I’d realised that my order was coming from China. The order arrived late, the clothes were cheap and nasty and far too small. I’ve requested a returns authorisation twice but have had no reply. It’s time to get my credit card company to do a chargeback.

I ordered a T shirt Medium size. It was so small I couldn't even get it on! I asked to return it but they said just keep it and we'll send you a Large size. Good so far! The T never arrived. Now my emails seem to be blocked. Always returned. " Host rejected your message"
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Luckily I only lost £21 which isn't too bad but BEWARE!!

Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. The quality is very poor. The shoes delivered were at least two sizes too small. They want them sent back to China in order to get a part refund which means I will be even more out of pocket. A very disappointing experience.

Long delivery time, terrible sizing issue. Shoes went straight in the bin. Avoid unless you want to throw your money down the drain

Ordered shoes well over a month ago never received them. Once you email they just send me a link that cannot be opened. Absoule joke and a scam, please avoid this site at all costs

Is there no way sites like this can be shit down. Something has to be done

It would have no stars if this was an option. Their description of items is not as they are when delivered and their returns policy is disgraceful!!! It costs £20 to return the item costing £30 making it not viable! Never use this company absolute rip off 😡😤

Where do I start......
I bought about £100 of clothing, summer shirts, that looked amazing on the website. I received, several weeks late items that were not as advertised. The quality and fit were terrible - beyond words can describe. I then spent a good few weeks trying to get hold of them for the return information which they had to approved before doing so. Eventually someone did give me returns info for a strange looking address in China. £35 Royal mail signed for delivery. 3 Months later I find the package is now being sent back to me due to issues with the address. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!!!!!

This company is a joke, good luck getting what you ordered and if it’s wrong, you can either send it back to China on your dime, or take a 15% credit. The US facility it ships from is a self storage unit in New Jersey. I didn’t read the reviews, but I will not make that mistake again. Hopefully this review helps someone else save their money. Props for the slick Americanized advertising, it got me good.

Beware! Website looks good but is misleading. This is not what it seems. I ordered some leather boots, they took 3 weeks to arrive, wrapped in plastic bag. They are not leather & also a small fit.
I contacted customer service, had 1 immediate response, who made promises & then disappeared. I luckily got my credit card co. involved who having made contact & managed to secure a refund.

Too late, I had been hooked by these thieves and charlatans.

The 53 Euro Cashmere Sweater arrived after 2 weeks. It was a nasty cheap Chinese Crock of Shit, emblematic of their country really, manufactured from Polyester and Spandex.

The package arrived on Monday, now, having time to investigate further, the website and reviews, I now see I evidently have "Tosser" tattooed across my forehead.

The clues, in fact are on the website. No indication whatsoever of its' domain, no address for returns, not even bothering with a fake address or phone number.

Additionally, the name, the 'preppy' all American feel you can trust us vibe.

What in fact we are dealing with are deliberately lying, cheating Chinese sitting in a scruffy warehouse, laughing at the geijins, no doubt aide and abetted by the Putin and Kim Jong Un

When it did it was a fake from another image on their site and they have tried to copy it in China.

Do not , I repeat, Do not purchase anything from this Scam Company in CHiNA . Today I received my order which was to say at best only just big enough to be a dish cloth 😡😡😡 Their sizing chart was not even close to a correct size ! Only just good enough to be a small child’s size or of course a chinaman !!!
They deceive you to think they are a British company selling quality items. This is emphatically NOT TRUE , A totally misleading Lie. They have stolen my money with no way of ever getting it back . Absolutely disgusting business ethics and should be shut down immediately !!!!!

I see all the negative reviews but I have had nothing but great customer service a friend has the same jacket and she bought it at Tractor Supply I think next to each other I see not one defect or any other problem However I ordered wrong size I’m contacting the company to find the quickest way to get my right size back I just want it back Fall is arising here perfect jacket for fall Lining soft all snaps open and close I ordered it before I read the reviews and was dreading what
I might be sent but I love the jacket and have had great customer service also wonderful price I guess I’ll have to see how the return/ reshipping progress goes but for now I got exactly what I wanted Just a note had I read these reviews before ordering the jack I’d never had bought it here weathers right and can’t wait to get right size

Ordered an XL mens shirt, received a children's medium at best.
I wear a large but figured better go up a size.
Tried to cancel the order 2 minutes after ordering via email, twice, they both kicked back.
How can you fix this, order a 6XL if it was an option.
It's sad you can't give negative number reviews.

Update: They shipped me a new shirt free of charge. Not received yet, but it's in the US. Probably a week yet to receive.

Do not purchase from Benson and Clark. I wish I would have read reviews prior. I ordered an XL and XXL 2-piece men’s linen suit in white. They claimed to ship in 2-3 business days; however, two weeks later I received items: 1. neither were linen; 2. Both were XS; 3. The quality was poor. When I contacted customer service, they wanted a photo with the item on. It didn’t fit my husband, he couldn’t get them on, they appear to be my size, female 5. After advising them they shipped the wrong size, I was advised that they would give me a 15% discount to keep them both despite being the wrong size…..advised to donate or pay for shipping them to:
Room 210, Building 5, Xiechuang Technology Park, No. 7, 14th Street, Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Zhejian.

Bypass Benson and Clark as you think you’re purchasing from the USA, and it is a foreign company.

If I would have been able to rate less I would have done. Minus five stars still would be too good.

Please be aware that if you want to return your items they only offer you to send it back to an address in China.
Or take the 15% discount they offer if you do not sent it back.
Too me looks like if this is set up for money laundering.
Can only recommend not to buy anything at all.

The product is absolute garbage, sizes are not regular across the range , so bad I gave both shirts to charity and I felt bad for doing that

Item arrived with three weeks delay, too small and terrible quality. Then they refused to accept a return to an address in the UK, instead said I should send it directly to their warehouse in China (!). Horrible customer service, this feels like a proper scam company. Stay away from ordering on their site.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two “cashmere” sweaters. What arrived was two polyester blend sweaters. This is not. us based company as advertised. It is based out of China. There is zero customer service. No way to contact them through phone. The email address listed on the site is bogus. The items have been returned and yet my card has still not been refunded. I reported them to the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE.
