I placed an order that was supposedly eligible for 24–48 hour shipping, but that turned out to be false. It has already been 6 business days since I placed the order. Their fulfillment team is very slow. It took 3 business fays before lbc receive for shipment.
On top of that, the item could not be requested redelivery because they entered the wrong phone number, so I was unable to receive the OTP.
I was forced to contact LBC despite their very long queue, since Bermor Techzone’s customer service does not respond—only leaving messages on read/seen.
Do not trust their 24–48 hour shipping promise. Their customer service is also unreliable.
