I admit I was a little sceptical! However, the order process was easy, the goods excellent, delivery service great. Well impressed. I emailed to check all was OK, a couple of days after ordering and recd a prompt response telling me all was well, that orders were high and delivery lagging slightly. I'd be pleased to use Beseecho again.

Order arrived and was not as described or advertised. I asked for a refund as the items were of no use to me. Would not offer me a full refund however did offer partially refund which is of no use to me as the goods were no good. They said they would only give a full refund if I send the goods back to China at my expense. They give you the impression that they are a company from the uk in the images.

Placed an order for the 3 pairs of Cargo shorts for the price of 2 (or whatever it was - some discount for buying 3 pairs). They took a while to come, but thats not the problem. When they did arrive, it was only 2 pairs. So I emailed the support email address - 2 weeks ago - nothing from them. Tried the other contact email for a team in Wales. That email is non deliverable. Terrible customer service.

Placed my order 06 Jun 25, today is the 16 July, still nothing received. Checked with there customer services, who informed me that the order is in transit. Looks like its coming from China. Awful company to work with. Do not get sucked into there false and misleading advertising. They did say I could return the order once its arrived, I will let you know how that goes.

Ordered two pairs of cargo shorts which looked great in Facebook advert (as these adverts always do). They did arrive in decent time and they were the size I ordered so fit round the waist. Even the quality seemed ok but the fit was *nothing* like the pictures. Ridiculously baggy. Not sure if they were meant to be shorts or culottes. Can't even be bothered trying to contact the company. Shorts going in bin. Stung again.

Pretty much the same story as many in here.
Ordered two pairs of cargo shorts which took forever to arrive (a bad sign).
On arrival the product was cheap and nasty and the fit was way off what I had ordered.
Emailed the company after complying with requests for photographs only to be told no refunds unless I return at my own cost 20 USD.
They also suggested I give them away if I didn’t want them.
Do not order from this company they are scammers selling poor quality items via Facebook.

Took ages to arrive. Very thin and when I asked to return didn't get any response.

AVG and security software expressed caution suggesting a scam.

Awful company, DO NOT BUY FROM , ordered a pair of cargo shorts and when they came they were way too baggy so I contacted the company , three emails later still trying to contact them , no reply , I tried emailing them via another email and the email got chucked back saying it could not find this email address . DODGY COMPANY ! looks like I'm out of pocket .

Couldn't collect my order from the shop and so it was returned back to them. They just outright refused to refund me. Avoid.

Thank God I did my research before PURCHASING

Poor communication, taken my money but no acknowledgment of the order or indication of dispatch date, very poor. Wished I’d looked on TP before placing the order CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Have been waiting 6 weeks for my order. Still waiting. Customer service has thanked me twice for my patience, but blames shipping. It's summer tops, so hope I get it before Autumn! Would suggest caution unless delivery times of no concern.

Seems like i fell into same trap as others. Took ages to arrive, very thin shorts, no where near what advertised. Sizes are way off. Also will cost more to return. Least I bought via PayPal so might get a refund

Want to return for refund, shorts come from China and nothing like advertising, took ages to arrive and terrible quality when they arrived, don't buy these shorts or believe any of the feedback, these shorts are horrible.

Ordered shorts for holiday. Shorts arrived after we’d left and in meantime purchased elsewhere. Contacted to return as webpage says you can do.
Simple email “I want to return the products as they arrived after I’d gone on holiday “
Response “ we are sorry our product did not meet your expectations , please send a photo of the product, the delivery label, the tracking number and order number.” I did this. Response “ we are sorry our product did not meet your expectations, we’d like to offer you a 20% refund and you can keep the goods - sound ok?”
This could not be any more of a simple refund request. I can see I’m not going to get further. AVOID. Untrustworthy

Order took ages to arrive and when it did it's nothing like what was advertised with extra stretch. Have contacted 3 times to ask for return and not had a reply - probably not worth returning as I'll have to pay postage.
Don't waste your money.

2 weeks before the order was processed, cancelled & eventually received a partial refund, don't waste your money...

I contacted Beseecho.com because I never received my confirmation email
They contacted me straight back got my order details and sorted my problem ASAP
And confirmed to me my order was being shipped shortly
I will leave another review once my shorts arrive

I wanted 3 pairs of tactical cargo shorts which are offered with 25% discount but the website only allows you to buy 3 of the same colour. You can buy theme one at a time but then no discount.

DO NOT BUY. Just received my order from what was supposed to be beseecho products. Not stretch and doesn't look like the advertised shorts. Feel and look like a cheap Chinese knock off which is of course where they are made. Branded as outdoor equipment. Made from 100% polyester, I will put this down to experience. Not really worth returning.
