First off from watching the video they said they were USA made and based, but actually the sheets are made in China and shipped from NJ. Second l told them to cancel my order 5 times with no response. Their website says they'll respond within 24 hours, they never do. Then they send a message saying my product has been shipped. Since l saw just negative reviews about other ppl trying to return stuff and get a refund I decided to just suck it up and keep it when it arrived. So here we are, l ordered my sheet in Blue, they send me a grey one, well at least it will work with my comforter. They did send me the grounding mat as well and a tester, but no user manual like they said. I guess I can figure it out. I have not really noticed any difference from sleeping grounded but will keep trying it, maybe it takes awhile to experience results. At 169.00 per sheet (queen size) you'd hope they actually do something. Anyways I wouldn't deal with this company and won't buy anything else from them. Customer service is terrible and you may or may not get what you ordered. Sorry I was duped into believing what their video had to say.
